  1. As a follow up to a conversation I had with Jared Wexler, I'd like to request a feature to natively allow multiple calendars in Chili Piper. Right now, I connect CP to my work calendar (where the license is tied to), but it only accesses and blocks time from events within that calendar. As there is no sync option in Gcal between calendars (only sharing/visibility), it doesn't recognize events I'm already booked for on my other calendars.   2. Please create an Okta integration with Chili Piper so that we can automate user provisioning and de-provisioning.It would be extremely helpful to not have to manually audit records or assign users to different workspaces, queues, etc as new hires start, users leave the company, or get promoted.

  4. "See prospect in crm" is a button in the slack notification that is sent when a meeting is booked through Instant Booker. It would be great for that to be available in the slack notification when the meeting is booked through Hot Handoff and any other booking type as well. Id argue it's most valuable for Hot Handoffs since those are transferred live, and easy and quick access to the CRM record is critical.   5. Right now, only the main guest and their response status is tracked on the salesforce event. However, there are frequent situations where there are additional guests other than the main guest and host added through instant booker and who also receive an invite. Visibility into each of those guests' names as well as their specific response status would be a huge win.

  6. It would be a huge quality of life improvement for the Slack integration to be updated.   8. You can embed times and insert a preset "Click here to schedule!" hyperlinked text, but can't just copy the link to hyperlink your own text. I often insert the preset hyperlink text, click it, copy the booking URL, then delete and hyperlink my own text.

  9. What I'm trying to do is actually a workaround since I'm not able to send notifications to a gmail alias in Chili Piper. Since I need to send the notification in HubSpot, I need to be able to pull meeting start date/time from a property that's populated by Chili Piper.

We can do this today with some APEX code and process builders, but would be much easier to setup and manage if CP could create an Opportunity when a meeting gets booked of a certain meeting type, although it may need to be an optional setting... possibly within the chrome ext during booking or after you book a meeting.

  12. Would be nice to have an easy way to modify suggested times once they've been added in without having to erase and re-do. This is useful to check/update the correct meeting type, update duration, ensure all the guests are on the recipient list, ensure proper time zone is displayed, etc. If any one of these is potentially off, you have to erase and restart

  13. It would be great if there was an option within queues to NOT update the Salesforce contact. we use queues for multi meetings and sometimes a client will put both names in the one first name field, or use a spouses email and their name - thus updating their contact to the wrong name.

  14. Today we currently can relate meeting types to open opportunities. It's common for Sales teams to add/require reps to add contact roles on the opportunity for reporting, keeping track of stakeholders, etc....It would be a nice addition to automate adding contact roles to the opportunity.   17. Yes, "view full calendar" link can be deleted, but some customers never want to include the full calendar and only want to offer the specific times. (protecting support reps' time)

  19. Booking Status values should be "Booked", "Not Booked" or "No Option Presented".We have high inbound volumes, of which a significant portion are outside of our ICP. They are routed to a separate landing page rather than presented with the ability to book time, so their status in Chili Piper is "No Option Presented." However, our DQs look identical to qualified leads that have "Not Booked" in Salesforce. Both have blank Meeting Types with "Not Booked" Booking Statuses, and it makes reporting, automation, and a general lack of understanding for my salespeople a bit more tricky.

  20. It would be fantastic to have two options for the meeting type name, one that shows in the MeetingTypeCP field and one that is shown to the sales team. For example, we have multiple demo meeting types for different languages, such as "Demo - English", "Demo French" etc. so that the sales team can select the correct option. We'd love to be able to have them all show as "Demo" in SFDC so that we can more easily filter and report by meeting types.
