  1. I would love to be able to delete users from Chili Piper without having to delete them from user reports in Salesforce. My reasoning behind this would be that not every admin in Chili Piper is also a Salesforce admin, so it would empower CP admins to be able to remove a user when turnover happens instead of having to reach out to multiple people to accomplish this task.

  2. We've created standardized Meeting Types with approved customer correspondence in our Hot Workspaces, but users are still accidentally sending out their personal meeting type links instead which is creating a poor customer experience and affecting our data consistency. We can have them deactivate it themselves but it would be helpful to prevent these hiccups by having more control as an admin to disable these for everyone during user setup in the first place.

  3. Within CP it’s relatively easy for us to reassign a meeting to a new owner in the same queue, or to a new owner in a new queue. However, we can’t reassign a meeting to the same owner in a new queue (even if the rep is in both queues).

This means when a rep books via the wrong queue, we either have to reassign the meeting to a new owner (which isn’t the best customer experience) or manually recalibrate multiple queues. We then also need to update the event data in our CRM to ensure our reporting is accurate

  4. Not that I don't love getting in touch with you guys, but it'd be a lot easier if we could buy licenses by clicking "Buy Licenses."

  5. When using Chili Piper router links or queue links, Chili Piper utilizes the forms built in Chili Piper, which reference the CRM fields that the form is mapped to. Many of those forms have picklists. Currently, there are no way to edit those picklists in-app. There are situations in which editing those picklists in-app would prove valuable. For example, with an outbound campaign, it could be useful to edit a "Country" picklist to only include the relevant countries to which the campaign is targeted.

So the ask is simply the ability to edit the picklists for CRM-referenced fields in forms…

  6. Would be helpful if admins could build and edit a custom schedule for a user.

  7. I'd like for AEs to be a group, SDRs to be a group, etc. So that I can manage all the different queues and their membership more easily.

  8. If I have 1 AE who needs to be assigned to 4 different queues I have to select queue 1, add the AE. Select queue 2, add the AE. Select queue 3, add the AE. It would be easier if I could go into the AE's profile and add queue 1, queue 2, queue 3, etc.

  9. I am working on updating one of my larger Chili Piper queues. While doing this I have to remove everyone in it and it is quite time consuming. I am wondering if there was a way to mass move everyone in the queue at once. It would be nice to have a button or slide bar at the top that says “Remove everyone?” that you could toggle and it could still give you the warning, but it would be MUCH easier that going one by one. Another idea would be to have a check box by each name that you…

  10. Need ability to distribute licenses to a large group at once rather than individually add license type (handoff, concierge) to each user and to bulk assign their proper workspaces

  11. We have a lot of queues set up, but not everyone needs access to all the queues. Most people only book a few queues and seeing ALL of them at once makes things a little more complicated than they should be. I'd like it if only the queues a rep needs to book in were visible.

  12. Would like ability to view (and possibly reassign) a users meetings that were booked through a personal built template and not a part of a workspace meeting templates. Reason being, an employee was unexpectedly out due to a tornado and had 6 meetings where they used personal templates, booked over two days and no way to get online to adjust or cancel these. Would love for admin to be able to view this info so they can use reschedule link or even just view attendees and be able to email them, etc.

  13. For a specific meeting, we would like the ability to prevent the customer from rescheduling the call - only have the ability to self-cancel if needed.

  15. We have two different orgs using the same CP and SFDC Instance, each with their own workspaces and SFDC visibility. We'd like the ability to permanently assign workspaces for users in each org so that there is no crossover of workspaces.

  16. In case if conference details, title, and availability/working hours are all set by CP admins for the whole team, the admin has to:1. enter Admin Panel - Users, where admin can set title, number, conference details,...2. enter Workspaces - Users (under Workspace Settings) and then enter specific user in order to set their availability. This makes the setup for admins time-consuming. I recommend that all settings that Admin is able to do for users, would be reachable from a single screen - from Admin Panel - Users.

  17. Often times, particularly for admins, there are multiple Users in SF with the same email address, but with different user names. Displaying SF user name in addition to Email & FN/LN would be helpful

  18. Some teams use reminders from outside systems. Being able to bulk turn off personal reminders rather than to have to turn it off on an individual basis would be a lot more time-efficient.

  20. In the user table table in the admin view, when attempting to modify selected users, if there are any filters apply, the filters do not hold for modifying users.

For example, if the user table shows a total of 200 users (as pulled in from their oauth connection) but they only have 20 concierge users, I would filter to only view those 20 concierge users, and click the box to select those 20 years.

However, instead of selecting only the filtered 20 users, so I can make modifications to license type, workspaces, etc, it actually selects all 200 users.
