  1. Implement SCIM Support so users (and groups) can be fully managed through an Identity Provider like Okta. This includes adding, disabling and changing user attributes (email addresses, names).
    This would relieve the IT teams of repetitive work and mitigate the risk of an offboarded user still having an active account.

  2. As we've gone live with Chili Piper and have booked a lot of test meetings, I'd like to be able to delete those meetings out of the system altogether. This way we can be sure these test meetings aren't skewing the distribution of legit meetings across our AEs unevenly.

  3. Allow the ability to see which opportunities compose the meetings scheduled/cancelled within distributions. If an admin wants to see which 3 meetings cancelled within a distribution for an AE, for instance, it requires a manual search.

  4. For Handoff Routers, we need to have control for which teams see each rule similar to scheduling links.
    It doesn't work to have this in the Rule for a filter as they are being used across our Inbound Router as well and duplicating rules is not a good option.

  5. Our handoff booker needs to be able to book over 2 weeks out, even though our meeting type only allows being set for 2 weeks out for the primary guest. We need to make it so primary guests are limited to 2 weeks, but our team needs to have more flexibility in the time to book.
    Is it possible to have an Availability setting for the booker for handoff separate from the one for the primary guest.

  7. Legacy CP fills in dynamic tags in the Preview to get a better sense of what the prospect will see, but Fire shows the dynamic tags in Preview without populating those values. It would be great for Fire to adopt this feature.

  8. As an administrator, I love being able to see all the teams per user in the admin center. However, it would be great to be able to see the currently selected teams float to the top when I open up a user's teams.

  9. Show the actual team member that doesn't have the specific license for the distribution, not just take me to the Manage License, and then I need to search through all users to find the one that is missing that license.

  10. Option to "add all users in list" to workspace(s) when doing new user creation. Same condition for license assignment. Currently requires clicking of each user, selecting workspace, then clicking out. Same can be said for licensing. Would be more efficient to add all users and then toggle "add to workspace" for all users in the list.

  12. The metadata related to the infrastructure for assets and routers should be saved in case something goes wrong, gets accidentally deleted, etc.

For clients that are using multiple products, it'd be helpful to have an admin log so we can see all the products that prospect has touched. ie if the prospect booked a meeting through Concierge, then was assigned or had an update via Distro, then the meeting was handed off from one rep to another - there is no singular view that'll show that history.

  17. There are a lot of clicks to make a distribution, and when making a lot of them, it becomes tedious. Speeding this up would be great, especially since we are choosing the same general settings with each Distribution.

  20. Now that Admins can create Custom Schedules for users, it would be fantastic if we could create Custom Schedules and assign them to multiple people/groups at once. Perhaps make the Custom Schedule reside at the Workspace level?
