Guided end-user onboarding
I want the ability to generate a singe link for any given User, which has a walkthrough of all steps needed to comply with a company's standardized set of techs would be key, as I could then select my Organization's required techs, and then for any new user, simply send them a link which walks them through set up on their time.

Provide a change log for assets that describes what changed, when, and who changed it.

Ability to organize routers, rules, teams into folders
Folders for various queues to keep the space clean. Ability to archive queues into a folder. etc.

Mobile App for use in the field
We have a large number of reps who are in the field and rely on their phones for all prospect communications, calendar bookings, etc. It would be helpful if there was a mobile optimized app/version of the Instant Booker that would allow them to easily book meetings on their calendar via Chili Piper similar to how they are using the gcal app today. This is a blocker for full adoption of Chili Piper within our organization.
