  1. Implement SCIM Support so users (and groups) can be fully managed through an Identity Provider like Okta. This includes adding, disabling and changing user attributes (email addresses, names).
This would relieve the IT teams of repetitive work and mitigate the risk of an offboarded user still having an active account.

  2. As we've gone live with Chili Piper and have booked a lot of test meetings, I'd like to be able to delete those meetings out of the system altogether. This way we can be sure these test meetings aren't skewing the distribution of legit meetings across our AEs unevenly.

  3. As an administrator, I love being able to see all the teams per user in the admin center. However, it would be great to be able to see the currently selected teams float to the top when I open up a user's teams.

  4. Show the actual team member that doesn't have the specific license for the distribution, not just take me to the Manage License, and then I need to search through all users to find the one that is missing that license.

  5. When companies have multiple business units using Chili Piper, they may a designated number of licences per team. A cap on the number of users for specific teams will help clear governance of licences and will avoid teams 'stealing' licences from another team.

For instance, if ACME (UK) pays for 100 licences however, only 80 are assigned to them. They want to ensure that the remaining 20 does not get assigned to another team. Placing a cap on the other global teams would ensure that they won't be able to dip into UK's unused licences.

  6. Option to "add all users in list" to workspace(s) when doing new user creation. Same condition for license assignment. Currently requires clicking of each user, selecting workspace, then clicking out. Same can be said for licensing. Would be more efficient to add all users and then toggle "add to workspace" for all users in the list.

  8. The metadata related to the infrastructure for assets and routers should be saved in case something goes wrong, gets accidentally deleted, etc.

A data repository to pull from would be great.

  9. For clients that are using multiple products, it'd be helpful to have an admin log so we can see all the products that prospect has touched. ie if the prospect booked a meeting through Concierge, then was assigned or had an update via Distro, then the meeting was handed off from one rep to another - there is no singular view that'll show that history.

  11. Concierge has a separate page for Logs where you can view meetings, and have the option to Retry Salesforce actions there on-demand. It'll be helpful if Chili Cal has the same page

  12. In Chili Piper, it currently shows all CRM users in the overview and it needs additional filtering to see the actual users. Instead, it should default to only show Active users and can be filtered to show Inactive too if people need.

There are scenarios where companies have hundreds of 'Users' in the table because of the CRM sync, but only a handful actually are active Chili Piper users. It makes the table confusing, and difficult to manage.

  15. There are a lot of clicks to make a distribution, and when making a lot of them, it becomes tedious. Speeding this up would be great, especially since we are choosing the same general settings with each Distribution.

  17. Now that Admins can create Custom Schedules for users, it would be fantastic if we could create Custom Schedules and assign them to multiple people/groups at once. Perhaps make the Custom Schedule reside at the Workspace level?

  19. Toast purchases large quantities of licenses frequently (Currently upwards of 1,200) acquiring and new seats and onboarding at a monthly basis, but each team that uses Chili Piper has a different budget and are purchasing quantities for themselves separately. When new seats are loaded in the app, there's no way to see "sales has 10 licenses, account mangaement has 20, Customer Success has 30" and they find it difficult to manage and track how many each team can utilize. Would be beneficial in enterprise space to allocate for each team and watch and track the totals

  20. Ability to add in holidays within the Inbound Routers or even within the queues or workspaces. What I mean by this is a way to mark specific days as 100% no one can book. In the DE screenshot below, I can say everyone is OOO per Distribution Team on specific Days. It would be awesome to be able to do this in Chili Piper too. Then it would not matter if someone forgot to set their calendar for the holiday. https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uZxBy4
