Allow personalised Slack notifications for Distro
Let admins have the ability to personalize the notification that the users will receive on Slack every time Distro routes something for them - so they know why something is being routed.
5 votesYou can now send notifications to Assignees, specific users, or Slack channels when a record is routed with default or custom messages.Until now, notifications were limited to the Assignee only. Here are a few important things to note:
- You can place the nodes with or without an 'Assign and Update Ownership' node.
- When there's an assignee and you select User or Slack Channel the default message will say that the record has 'been assigned to {!Assignee.Name}'
- When there's no assignee, you'll only be shown User or Slack Channel and the default message will just say that the record has 'been routed'
- Custom messages are limited to plain text only BUT variables to personalise are coming soon!
- Do not forget to disable the default notifications in the 'Assign & Update Ownership' node if selecting the Assignee in either of the new nodes!

Ability to sort objects
Ability to sort Workspaces, Queues, Meeting Types and Reminders. It would come handy when we create new rules for queues. For example, we used 4 queues + the ownership + special language queue. Then we decided to add more more, which was then in the end, so we ended up with workspaces being in this order:- Below 101- 251-500- 501-5000- Above 5000- Ownership queue- Language queue- 101-250This look was confusing when training new Admins. As a results they tent to forget about the last queue when adding changes. The same applies to Workspaces, Meeting Types and Reminders.
