  1. It would be great to be able to set a default country code for a mobile number on the booking form. All my customers are based in the UK, but the area code defaults to the US. It leaves a lot of room for human error and is an extra unnecessary click!

  2. I’d like the ability to schedule meetings within the specific hours I set. For example, if my availability is 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM, I want the option to hold one-hour meetings starting on the half-hour (e.g., 1:30, 2:30, 3:30). This would provide more flexibility when setting up my schedule and make better use of custom time blocks.

  3. Many customers want to reduce friction at the point of scheduling by only asking for essential info (like name and email) in the initial Concierge form. After the meeting is booked, they’d like to display a second form with optional or nice-to-have questions (e.g. product of interest, challenges, use case, attribution etc.) to further qualify the lead. Ideally, the responses from this post-booking form would be automatically pushed into Salesforce (or other connected systems) to enrich the lead.

This flow would help increase conversion rates while still enabling downstream teams to get the data they need to prepare for the…

  4. The quicker someone books a meeting the better chances of that meeting turning to revenue. That becomes more complicated with a customer's booking span. Specifcially, if a booking span is 3 weeks, the logic goes that the further out that meeting is booked, the better chances it doesn't close. That said, it's still important to get those prospects on teh calendar.

What we want here is the best of both worlds. The ability to have the CP calendar only show the next two days, for example (none from the past), to drive customers into booking quickly, but then give them…

  5. Right now ChiliCal displays events that are set as busy or free but we cannot differentiate it in the UI. It would be good to have a flag for free events for example to make it visible for the end user.

  6. When a customer books time using a meeting link, if they select a time and the time has already been booked before they have a chance to click submit, they see a vague error. The error says "couldn't book the meeting". It's not clear why they're seeing an error. It would be helpful to see more descriptive error so they know how to fix it (i.e. pick another time).

Unfortunately, customers have to email their Sales rep so that the Sales rep can then send out a manual invite. Defeats the purpose of using Chili Piper links.

  7. Relocate "Welcome/Instructional" message on booking page to a lower section, or allow end users (calendar owners) to determine where the message is displayed (top, left, right, or under main content).

User concerned with clients overlooking instructions at top page when booking appointment and missing important details.

  8. Making it a clearer distinction of whether they're viewing their calendar or someone else's. Currenlty it's built as a hyper link at the top vs a drop down on the left side.

  9. The solution published for adding a No Show button to Salesforce sounds great, but it's a horrible user experience when the End User clicks it and sees a non-formatted window open up with what looks like HTML and a mistake

All of my users reported this today being confused so it would be much better if a message appeared inside of Salesforce showing a Confirmation that it was completed successfully

  10. Meeting buffers are only shown (if enabled) once a time slot has been selected. This is problematic when booking for others if the booker is not aware of the buffers on each meeting type. They can end up picking what appears to be a suitable slot only to find there's a buffer enabled and therefore having to pick a new slot or suggest alternatives if doing so live on a call with a prospect/customer.

  11. When SDRs are scheduling meetings for AEs through CP Instant Booker, it would be beneficial to visually differentiate meetings for different products by color. This would help us balance AEs' calendars when booking meetings for various products.

  12. Would be nice to have an easy way to modify suggested times once they've been added in without having to erase and re-do. This is useful to check/update the correct meeting type, update duration, ensure all the guests are on the recipient list, ensure proper time zone is displayed, etc. If any one of these is potentially off, you have to erase and restart
