  1. It would be nice to have the Meeting Type Description supported on Personal Pages

    Currently, this is only supported if you have multiple meeting types associated with a meeting link or through Concierge; however, there are use cases where many users would like to use a Personal Page and have the meeting type descriptions appear there for prospects.

  2. Currently, there is no analytics on the meeting reminders being sent and how the prospect is interacting with them. It is helpful to be able to audit if they are delivered, opened (or going to spam) etc. We often get feedback from prospects that they never received the reminder, there is no way for us to discern if this is an actual issue with the invite or if it is a issue on their end.

    It would be extremely helpful to be able to see the activity on the reminders and the message that went out / what time.

  4. Right now when using a blind round robin with handoff, it will ONLY show a single user.

    There is no way to use the feature "show availability for all".

    The blind round robin works well to prevent users from cherry picking, but part of the value-add is seeing all availability for those receiving meetings.

    If we can update a feature so that when selecting "blind round robin" we can also view availability for all, that will be the ideal state

  5. Request for Forrester -This is for Handoff Use case where a certain booking path matched may have upwards of 200 assignees available to take the meeting. They want to launch the ChiliCal booker to "insert booking link" that would round robin amongst the group... HOWEVER, at the time of booking they want to be able to multi-select just a FEW of those assignees from the matched list to include in the RR availability. This is due to nuanced and dynamically changing factors that make it impossible to build out individual paths or booking links that reflect the nearly endless list…

  6. A setting to be able to turn off Assignee's & Internal Guests from getting the meeting buffers would be great.
    We only need them to for the Booker's to prepare, and its clogging up Assignee's calendars.

  7. They have restricted access to certain contacts based on territories and others things to reps. They only want reps to see the contacts that they have access to in SF when suggested emails start coming up.

  8. If there is a third party booking a meeting and the wrong time zone is selected, you need to cancel the meeting and rebook. There should be a feature where if the incorrect time zone is selected, you are able to edit instead of rebooking. If the original host is not available, it moves to someone else or doesn't allow you to rebook.

  9. Currently can't find a way to add a hyperlink to an external resource in the meeting description. For example, adding a link to an article or blog post or report that is related to the meeting type. Right now, we have to share the full, long link and can't hyper link it in the text of the meeting description, which looks bad/messy.

    We also need the ability to easily use bolding, italics, bulleted lists, numbers, etc. when writing the meeting descriptions. This part of Chili Piper in it's current state is pretty basic and this is where GCal has Chili…

  10. In the old UI, I used to be able to see an icon of all the team members who would be included in a group call, but I'm no longer about to do that in fire. It would be really helpful to see at a glance. For now, I am renaming my group calls to include the list of attendees.

  12. It would be extremely helpful for reps to book a series of meetings at once rather than having to book the meetings separately. There are scenarios where a rep will want to book a series of the same meeting to keep a customer on a specific cadence which is why this would be helpful. As of now, the rep has to book all meetings separately and it's more time consuming.

  13. Hi

    I was just made aware that ChiliCal can do suggested Timezones when booking a meeting but it's based on the customer info being in Clearbit. It seems like there should be a way to do so using timezone in our CRM. We keep track of Timezone based on the address information we have in our CRM so it seems like we should be able to map that to the timezones in ChiliCal?

  14. Sometimes there are pieces of information that admins want to require the Booker to fill out before scheduling a call. This is to ensure the calendar invites have the necessary information and the Booker has done their needed homework. This would be information that wouldn't/couldn't be pulled from Salesforce using a normal dynamic tag.

  17. Meeting buffers are only shown (if enabled) once a time slot has been selected. This is problematic when booking for others if the booker is not aware of the buffers on each meeting type. They can end up picking what appears to be a suitable slot only to find there's a buffer enabled and therefore having to pick a new slot or suggest alternatives if doing so live on a call with a prospect/customer.

  18. I’d love the ability to search for existing contacts in our CRM directly within the Chili Piper ‘Invite a Guest’ field. This would eliminate the need to type out the full email or switch to my email client to copy and paste, streamlining the invitation process.

  19. When using the my personal page link (in LinkedIn for example), the preview contains some ad copy for Chili Piper.

    I'm wondering if we can tone down the use of the word "prospects" in that preview since some of the contacts we make are soft approaches where we don't want to appear immediately sales-y. (Personally, I wouldn't click on a schedule link that was about prospecting if I wasn't in sales).

    Instead of "route your prospects through Chili Piper" can we just do "Route your meetings through Chili Piper"?

  20. Would like the ability to set reminders based on meeting not accepted within X time period since booking the meeting rather than days before the meeting. For example, if we send a meeting request to a recipient 15 days before the meeting we want the ability to remind them on day 14 that we haven't received their acceptance of the meeting. Right now we need to set a time before the meeting if not accepted which could lead to significant delay.

    Also the ability to mark the person as accepted if they don't have a mail client that sends calendar…
