  1. Add "See prospect in CRM/calendar" buttons to Concierge Live Slack notifications

    Add "See prospect in CRM" and "See calendar event" for Slack notifications from live calls initiated via Concierge Live. This would enable reps to quickly check more details about the prospect while they pick up the call.
