  1. Event Booking Links

    It would be great if you could create a custom event booking link with multiple representative calendars.

    That way if we have one or multiple reps attending an event, potential customers could book specific times to say hello, in person, at the event.

  2. toggle weekends when using day's in advance setting

    Please add a toggle to exclude weekends from the "Days in advance" setting. The customer wants to test offering meetings within the next 3 days to boost booking rates, but can’t run the test reliably because they must switch between 3 days during the week and 4 days for weekends.

  3. Add "See prospect in CRM/calendar" buttons to Concierge Live Slack notifications

    Add "See prospect in CRM" and "See calendar event" for Slack notifications from live calls initiated via Concierge Live. This would enable reps to quickly check more details about the prospect while they pick up the call.
