  1. Sometimes there are pieces of information that admins want to require the Booker to fill out before scheduling a call. This is to ensure the calendar invites have the necessary information and the Booker has done their needed homework. This would be information that wouldn't/couldn't be pulled from Salesforce using a normal dynamic tag.

  4. Currently, the "Book Again" feature only adds the people in the meeting to the scheduler but does not copy over the meeting's details, such as the meeting subject.

    As a result, the meeting subject defaults to the original meeting type instead of reflecting the details of the meeting being copied. This can cause confusion, especially when the meeting being duplicated has a different subject or meeting type from the default.

    It would be helpful if the "Book Again" feature could retain the original meeting details to ensure consistency and avoid the need for manual updates.

  5. Calendly has a feature where you can suggest times to customers in link for, but the link will only show those suggested times and not any other availability. In Chili Piper currently, you can suggest specific times via email and remove the "View Full Calendar" link by hand, but if they select a time that is no longer available they will be able to see the rep's full calendar and select a new time.

  6. If someone is added to the meeting, it would be great if the host would get a notification regarding the addition and be able to see them on the calendar invite.

  7. Group Link: Use case is a SDR wants to provide a booking link that looks at the SDR and their AE's calendar for open slots.

    1) Allow users to create Group Links vs just admins or build into the role permissions
    2) Allow to share the Group Link to an individual user or users. Right now it has to be shared to the Workspace or a Team. In the use case above, the Group Link is shared to the entire SDR team. The entire SDR team now sees all the Group Link booking links when they only need their own.…

    1. I would like to see the option of setting a limit on an hourly basis sometimes people use concierge at events and take 15 minute meetings. They may want only 3 meetings per hour but it's not possible right now.

    2. It would be helpful to have multiple host booking limits.

    i.e. on the same link have a per day AND per week limit.

    Some customers, for example want their users to have 5 total meetings per week but not 5 meetings in a given day. Right now if you cap at 5 meetings per week, it's possible to get 5…

  8. Some customers have coaching or advisor type sessions and they thought it would be valuable to collect CC info before the call. This helps ensure clients show up and their time is not wasted.

  9. Add a setting to the Instant Booker to prevent the call from being booked before a specific date. This would allow more important calls to be booked first and less important calls that you designate to be scheduled after a specific date.

  10. Have the ability to add a placeholder calendar to a queue so that meetings can be booked with a defined number of reps per timeslot and then distributed to the proper reps at a later time. This was a part of the Events product.
