At the moment, it’s not possible to add URL parameters to scheduling link slugs. This limitation requires us to manually append parameters every time a link is shared, which is not ideal. Having the ability to define parameters, such as locale, directly in the base scheduling link would ensure they are applied by default and consistently. For our company, the locale parameter is especially critical, as we operate in multiple languages.
While browser language detection is convenient, it isn’t always reliable, since many users have their browsers set to English by default. In practice, some audiences strongly prefer to communicate in their native language (for example, French), and being able to enforce the correct locale at the link level would allow us to better meet those expectations.
Supporting default parameters in scheduling link slugs would significantly improve the experience for multilingual companies and reduce friction for both internal teams and end users.
