  1. Forrester would like the ability to quickly see a list of Assignees w/in a queues and their next availability to support identifying who doesn't have sufficient time available. Would prefer to take into account the meeting type as well to account for varying restrictions by date or by minimum or maximum scheduling settings.

  2. We have two different orgs using the same CP and SFDC Instance, each with their own workspaces and SFDC visibility. We'd like the ability to permanently assign workspaces for users in each org so that there is no crossover of workspaces.

  3. It would be lovely to not have to train reps on how to set their default calendar view in Instant Booker, and instead set it for them. In this case, our workflows are such that our team always needs to be seeing their own calendar by default and it's causing friction when the view is at the Team calendar level.

  5. Sales roles are typically high turnover roles. It's hard to plan and move quicker than CP so was hoping there was a way to re-assign a person who has left to one particular person until leads, contacts, and accounts have been updated to the new owner.

  7. Allow admins to create and lock a standard welcome message for all users within a particular group or workspace. Creates a branding feel for users who want to use this instead of a personal pages link.

  8. In case if conference details, title, and availability/working hours are all set by CP admins for the whole team, the admin has to:1. enter Admin Panel - Users, where admin can set title, number, conference details,...2. enter Workspaces - Users (under Workspace Settings) and then enter specific user in order to set their availability.This makes the setup for admins time-consuming. I recommend that all settings that Admin is able to do for users, would be reachable from a single screen - from Admin Panel - Users.
