Full Support of SCIM User Management
Implement SCIM Support so users (and groups) can be fully managed through an Identity Provider like Okta. This includes adding, disabling and changing user attributes (email addresses, names).
This would relieve the IT teams of repetitive work and mitigate the risk of an offboarded user still having an active account.37 votes -
Auto Provisoning: Cap # of users for specific teams/workspaces
When companies have multiple business units using Chili Piper, they may a designated number of licences per team. A cap on the number of users for specific teams will help clear governance of licences and will avoid teams 'stealing' licences from another team.
For instance, if ACME (UK) pays for 100 licences however, only 80 are assigned to them. They want to ensure that the remaining 20 does not get assigned to another team. Placing a cap on the other global teams would ensure that they won't be able to dip into UK's unused licences.

Restore deleted assets and routers at a later date
The metadata related to the infrastructure for assets and routers should be saved in case something goes wrong, gets accidentally deleted, etc.
A data repository to pull from would be great.

Bulk edit Meeting Types across workspaces
They have a meeting type across 3 workspaces and want to apply the 'Prospect Booking Limit' and have that change made across all of these meeting types and workspaces

Add notes when republishing
For an existing router that someone edits and republishes, we'd introduce an optional 'comments' box so admins can describe what change they made and why. We'd then have to offer some kind of 'activity log' within the router to surface. That way people can leave notes for other admins to see what changes were made and why.
Chameleon does this quite well - here's a short walkthrough of what that looks like: https://www.loom.com/share/a2712f0e0efb4c059dd5aa5babe9e9cb?sid=9e4b1d9b-8c66-4588-b962-1b94e0a3ec92

Event logs for Chili Cal
Concierge has a separate page for Logs where you can view meetings, and have the option to Retry Salesforce actions there on-demand. It'll be helpful if Chili Cal has the same page

Show selected Teams at the top of the admin center in a user's teams
As an administrator, I love being able to see all the teams per user in the admin center. However, it would be great to be able to see the currently selected teams float to the top when I open up a user's teams.

Make it easier to make a distribution
There are a lot of clicks to make a distribution, and when making a lot of them, it becomes tedious. Speeding this up would be great, especially since we are choosing the same general settings with each Distribution.

Custom Schedule Assignment to groups
Now that Admins can create Custom Schedules for users, it would be fantastic if we could create Custom Schedules and assign them to multiple people/groups at once. Perhaps make the Custom Schedule reside at the Workspace level?

Ability to set org-level holidays
Ability to add in holidays within the Inbound Routers or even within the queues or workspaces. What I mean by this is a way to mark specific days as 100% no one can book. In the DE screenshot below, I can say everyone is OOO per Distribution Team on specific Days. It would be awesome to be able to do this in Chili Piper too. Then it would not matter if someone forgot to set their calendar for the holiday. https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uZxBy4

Semi Admin Access for Managers - view not edit
Create permission role for managers so they can view the settings and queue distribution, but can't edit it. They would see who is next in the rota and how the meetings are distributed.

Ability to override where a booking was made for without changing the owner
Within CP it’s relatively easy for us to reassign a meeting to a new owner in the same queue, or to a new owner in a new queue. However, we can’t reassign a meeting to the same owner in a new queue (even if the rep is in both queues).
This means when a rep books via the wrong queue, we either have to reassign the meeting to a new owner (which isn’t the best customer experience) or manually recalibrate multiple queues. We then also need to update the event data in our CRM to ensure our reporting is accurate

Option to Not Book for Dev Testing
We'd like to have a Chili option that'd prevent meetings from going into rep's calendars for testing purposes in Prod.

Allow Admin to Set Available Timezones
Our reps will often toggle the timezones visible when they book a meeting for a client and only 6 of them are relevant to our company. It would be great to allow admins to restrict the list of available timezones on booking links to simplify the options available.

Assignee Availability List
Forrester would like the ability to quickly see a list of Assignees w/in a queues and their next availability to support identifying who doesn't have sufficient time available. Would prefer to take into account the meeting type as well to account for varying restrictions by date or by minimum or maximum scheduling settings.
