  1. In Chili Piper, it currently shows all CRM users in the overview and it needs additional filtering to see the actual users. Instead, it should default to only show Active users and can be filtered to show Inactive too if people need.

    There are scenarios where companies have hundreds of 'Users' in the table because of the CRM sync, but only a handful actually are active Chili Piper users. It makes the table confusing, and difficult to manage.

  7. I would love to be able to delete users from Chili Piper without having to delete them from user reports in Salesforce. My reasoning behind this would be that not every admin in Chili Piper is also a Salesforce admin, so it would empower CP admins to be able to remove a user when turnover happens instead of having to reach out to multiple people to accomplish this task.

  8. Want the ability to add preexisting user settings for new members during onboarding quickly. That could be by coping another user's settings or specifying settings, saving it as a role, and then I can assign a user that role. That way they are added to the right workspaces, queues, settings, etc.

  9. When working in the Salesforce Actions settings page, I often click away from the drop-down options and end up accidentally selecting "Apply to all Meeting Types in this Workspace". This is really annoying. There is a select button and the change should only be made if a user clicks on the small button as opposed anywhere on the row.

  10. Right now, only certain users using concierge receive error notifications. The default booker and the create by user on a router.

    It would be a huge value-add to be able to select multiple users to receive these error notifications, esepcially if say, someone were to leave the office so as not to create a silo.

  12. I no longer have a reason to leave Flow Builder when creating a router BUT it's not possible to duplicate the first rule that I created and then edit it without opening up Rules in a new tab, duplicating, making my changes, and then returning to Flow Builder. Could we have a button per the attached screenshot that would allow me to duplicate and immediately jump into editing my new rule?

  14. I want the ability to generate a singe link for any given User, which has a walkthrough of all steps needed to comply with a company's standardized set of techs would be key, as I could then select my Organization's required techs, and then for any new user, simply send them a link which walks them through set up on their time.

  15. Not being able to create queues via a file upload has become increasingly frustrating. We have roughly 80 queues/territories for our sales team and having to copy and paste zip codes is super manual and leaves room for error. 40 of these territories are Round Robin so when a rep leaves or starts having to manually go in and adjust each one manually is unnecessarily time consuming

  16. Right now when I look at a Queue I do not know where all it is being used. If there is a queue that is not being used I would want to delete that to maintain a clean workspace. Visibility on a Queue level as to which all routers are currently using this queue would be a great feature to have.

  17. Every time a rep goes to the log in page, even if already logged in in another tab, they are prompted to log in again. It'd be nice for CP to read whether the user is already credentialed and then move them straight to their home page.
