  1. Right now when I look at a Queue I do not know where all it is being used. If there is a queue that is not being used I would want to delete that to maintain a clean workspace. Visibility on a Queue level as to which all routers are currently using this queue would be a great feature to have.

  6. When a prospect selects a different time zone than the one presented to them, this is not recorded anywhere except in our database.

    It was suggested to me that we should store this time zone as a field in the CRM Event record as a custom field, or otherwise make it available as a dynamic tag to embed there.

  7. At this moment it is not possible to filter the meetings in the dashboard by Accounts and having this possibility would help our customers to achieve their report goals and to track the necessary information related to each account individually.

  10. At the moment, if you go to your dashboard in "my workspace" you can see only the meetings that are assigned to you.

    It is very common that bookers book for other people and they want to track those meetings they booked in the dashboard. It would be helpful to have those meetings you booked (but are not assigned to you) in the dashboard so you can track.

  11. Some customers have coaching or advisor type sessions and they thought it would be valuable to collect CC info before the call. This helps ensure clients show up and their time is not wasted.

  13. I have lots and lots of queues and templates in my Chili Piper workspace. Searching for the right queue or template can take a while and I always CTRL + F and then search. Would be awesome if I had a way to sort, based on name, active/inactive, type, or # of Assignees in the queue for usability purposes.

  14. Global Admin control of all individual users features. Including customization of "my meeting" settings, advanced settings, meeting buffering, expiring reschedule links, switching off my meetings, adjusting reminders, etc.

  15. Chili Piper is set it and forget it, but sometimes when new reps join they are in a queue but getting a lot less meetings than the others. When the admin is aware of that, he can train them on how to maintain a good calendar hygiene. I also prevents loosing prospects when a queue is made by one only prospect.

  18. Ability to add in holidays within the Inbound Routers or even within the queues or workspaces. What I mean by this is a way to mark specific days as 100% no one can book. In the DE screenshot below, I can say everyone is OOO per Distribution Team on specific Days. It would be awesome to be able to do this in Chili Piper too.   19. Allowing individual users to determine the length of meeting buffer they need, if any at all, on their personal settings in tandem with their working hours. This would be helpful for admins to manage the requests from sales reps facing LA/NYC traffic versus Omaha traffic and not be the bottleneck by putting the onus on them to dictate their buffer time needs.

  20. Within CP it’s relatively easy for us to reassign a meeting to a new owner in the same queue, or to a new owner in a new queue. However, we can’t reassign a meeting to the same owner in a new queue (even if the rep is in both queues).

    This means when a rep books via the wrong queue, we either have to reassign the meeting to a new owner (which isn’t the best customer experience) or manually recalibrate multiple queues. We then also need to update the event data in our CRM to ensure our reporting is accurate
