More options for Minimum scheduling notice
Minimum scheduling notice has only one setting of the number of hours in advance. We had our SDR meeting set at 2 hours notice, which works fine when it's working hours in Pacific Time, but not great when they get a meeting booked in the middle of the night for first thing in the morning based on their personal working hours. It would be great to have an option to set a "Working Hours Minimum Notice" and a "Non Working Hours Minimum Notice".For the time being, I've changed the Min Notice from 2hrs to 6hrs, which will reduce the # of…

Recurring Meetings - AEs
Currently with Chili Piper we are only able to use the solution for the front end of longer lifecycles with our prospects and customers. Our more complicated deals where we need more data (i.e. how many meetings do we need to close a deal, renew a customer etc) have to be booked outside of Chili Piper given the product that doesn't support recurring meetings. Garnering adoption with a new tool is never easy but given that my AEs can only use the tool some of the time makes that all that more impossible.

Remove meeting times that are outside customer's timezone
We are based in the UK but anyone in the world can book a demo with us, which means that UK hours appear even when it can be the middle of the night for people in the USA, India or Australia/New Zealand.
I would like the option to not display any times outside of the demo booker's working hours (nothing before 7am and nothing after 7pm) so they don't see random 1AM, 2AM, 3AM etc. times. It currently provides a very negative experience.

Ability to make multiple meeting type links 'single-use'
Currently you can only make individual meeting type links 'single-use'. I'd like the ability to offer a single-use link that has multiple options attached e.g. 15 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins meeting types.

Filter for "meeting invite accepted"
Have the ability to send different reminders for prospects that DID accept the invite (i.e. "can't wait for our call!") and a different one for prospects that DIDN'T (i.e. "can you please let us know if you're coming?").
Right now you can only send to either everyone, or to prospects who didn't confirm - meaning the suggestion above is not possible.

Company wide holidays blocked out days
Add in specific days (holidays, get togethers, SKO, etc) where the whole team will be out. It's challenging to get the whole team to "accept" holiday invites so their calendar shows they're busy.
Would be awesome to not have these available automatically through chilipiper.

Ability to switch off reminder emails/notifications
Option for each user to choose what notifications they want to receive by email. The booker especially doesn't need to receive all of these emails.

Ability to clone Meeting Types, Meeting Queues, Reminders, Forms and Routers to other Workspaces
We have multiple Workspaces but use similar Meeting Types across Workspaces so we would like the ability to clone these items across Workspaces.

Display all hosts on the calendar screen when using group booking links
We would like the ability to display all of the members of the meeting on the calendar screen when using group booking links. The calendar screen currently only show the organizer/main host of the meeting and on the confirmation screen shows everyone, which can confuse prospects.

Redirect an inactive personal booking link when someone leaves the company
E.g. A rep is leaving the company and that rep has hundreds of people on active sequences on our Sales Engagement Platform coming from their name. I'd like someone to be able to click their CP link and be routed to someone else on the team that is an active Chili Piper user, or round robin to a queue.

Offer feature for Templated "Buffer" meetings
Would be ideal if we could assign templates to buffers associated with CP bookings. In instances where the buffer is used for work tied to the CP invite immediately before/after the booked call, it would easily provide the individual(s) affected direction on what needs to be done.

Set a limit for # of times someone can reschedule
It would be great to be able to set a limit for the number of times someone could reschedule a call prior to the call being held. We have seen a few scenarios where someone will reschedule the call MANY times (11 for example). At that point, we believe that candidate is not serious about holding a call and we'd rather they end up with a screen that says to contact us to find a time that works.

Add the ability to ask questions when customers book you
I used to use Calendly and hands down the feature I miss the most is being able to ask the person booking the meeting questions about what they want to discuss. It helps me be that much more prepared for the meeting and honestly if my leadership asked me which tool I want to use, I would say I like Calendly better than ChiliPiper specifically for this reason.
