  2. Currently the Instant Booker won't show the titles, or segments of all events that are booked at the same time slot. Instead, it will default to showing just one of the busy blocks and extending it down.Our team reserves slots on their calendar for "Orientation Calls". They are expected to book over that calendar slot. Orientation call slots are reserved so no student can book over them.   3. I'd like to submit product feedback for a setting in which a user can choose to select any time on their calendar (regardless of "Free" / "Busy"). Going into the calendar for every meeting and marking as "Free" is a bit manual/clunky, especially if we are suggesting multiple time options. The use case for me is I'm an Account Executive and I'm willing to push internal meetings for prospect / customer calls if they choose a time where I have an internal meeting already.   4. We sell a technical product to developers which requires us to have a developer expert on the call as well as our sales representatives.

    Currently when our sales team is booked through the router, they have to check with the developer expert to make sure that time works for them as well, and if not they have to reschedule. The process creates friction.

    If the router were able to look at two calendars for booking it would be a big help.

    i.e.:
    1) Client wants to book a time.
    2) Router looks at calendar 1 (sales representative in round robin)…

  7. Currently, the "Reminder" feature can only be triggered based on an amount of time before a meeting. What if a customized email could be triggered based on a meeting being booked?

    Use case: A prospect sends an SDR an email with interest to meet but the prospect doesn't provide availability. The SDR finds a time using Chili and books the meeting, which sends a calendar invite with a subject line of Placeholder. Then an email is automatically triggered upon booking that dynamically pulls in the AE's information and the prospect's info, along with messaging introducing the AE and confirming if…

  8. Add a setting to the Instant Booker to prevent the call from being booked before a specific date. This would allow more important calls to be booked first and less important calls that you designate to be scheduled after a specific date.

Currently, it's not possible to book meetings for someone that has a day off the next day (or more days) due to the Booking Span if the queue is Round Robin with the make it strict option enabled, would be good if we had an option to not block the calendar of the rep for when the person is back.

    Example - I'm off tomorrow and IB shows me as OFF, and with the make it strict, it will not consider me as next in queue, so bookers are not able to assign meetings to me for next week.

  10. I know that "free" meetings (image below) dont show up on the calendar but we're curious if that's an option we could turn on if we wanted. alternatively is it possible for that to be controlled on the AE rep level? Or have it to show up slightly differently on the calendar than busy meetings so the SDRs can see when it's a free meeting and they could ask the reps if they can book over etc.

  13. We should have the ability to format with bullets/numbering, bolded text, etc in Chili Piper invites the same way we do in Google Calendar. This is especially helpful for setting call expectations such as templated meeting agenda items.

  17. When a prospect goes to book a meeting and they're brought to the calendar page, it would be nice to make the time options go vertically first and then horizontally. As humans, we're conditioned to view columns before rows when we look at data.

  18. Currently, Host booking limits are taken into account when someone attempts to reschedule their meeting.

    This shouldn't be the case as the meeting is being moved to a different time (and thus not adding to the number of meetings booked).

  19. Inactive or deleted meeting types should result in inactive booking links for those meetings. If a user deletes or disables a meeting type, they do not want customers to be able to book that meeting with them anymore. Any booking links or reschedule links related to this meeting type should automatically expire.

  20. Calendy had an option to leave 15 minutes or a destinated buffer time between meetings. That be great to add as back-to-backs that can be avoided usually result in a better client/AE experience
