  2. I would like to show the description of my meeting type on the calendar booking page for concierge without having them to choose between meetings.

    Use case - someone thinks they are booking a demo but it is an intro call & I want to call that out on the screen they are booking.

  3. I was made aware that the Meeting Time Dynamic text is not reliable and seems to stamp based on Assignee's timezone. This causes confusion with some of our prospects when using this as they may be based in a timezone but the assignee to the meeting is based in another and they miss that and no show to meetings.

    It would be nice if this would just stamp based on the timezone selected for when the meeting is scheduled

  4. When you're adding a dynamic tag of the meeting time- It is very long in the Subject line. If it could be simplified to ( Date (XX-XX-XX), time (12:30 pm et)

  5. I’d like the ability to schedule meetings within the specific hours I set. For example, if my availability is 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM, I want the option to hold one-hour meetings starting on the half-hour (e.g., 1:30, 2:30, 3:30). This would provide more flexibility when setting up my schedule and make better use of custom time blocks.

  6. We have an issue where we want our prospects to add additional guests, but only have limited space in our meeting rooms so would like to limit the number of guests to ensure we have space for everyone to join.

  7. Many customers want to reduce friction at the point of scheduling by only asking for essential info (like name and email) in the initial Concierge form. After the meeting is booked, they’d like to display a second form with optional or nice-to-have questions (e.g. product of interest, challenges, use case, attribution etc.) to further qualify the lead. Ideally, the responses from this post-booking form would be automatically pushed into Salesforce (or other connected systems) to enrich the lead.

  8. Allow users to directly load a specific ChiliCal scheduling link into the scheduler view via URL parameters. This would allow a flow from within Salesforce for example to jump right into a round-robin scheduler view without having to change from 'My Links'

  9. It would be great to be able to set a default country code for a mobile number on the booking form. All my customers are based in the UK, but the area code defaults to the US. It leaves a lot of room for human error and is an extra unnecessary click!

  10. Problem :
    We want prospects to book maximum 3 days in advance. But calendars are full, Chili Piper won't show any availability.

    We need Chili Piper to Open 3 more days if calendars are full. Or One more if one day get all booked.

    We are checking 6 RR links one by one to make sure we add manually more days when it gets all booked - which is very time consuming.

  11. The quicker someone books a meeting the better chances of that meeting turning to revenue. That becomes more complicated with a customer's booking span. Specifcially, if a booking span is 3 weeks, the logic goes that the further out that meeting is booked, the better chances it doesn't close. That said, it's still important to get those prospects on teh calendar.

    What we want here is the best of both worlds. The ability to have the CP calendar only show the next two days, for example (none from the past), to drive customers into booking quickly, but then give them…

  12. Right now ChiliCal displays events that are set as busy or free but we cannot differentiate it in the UI. It would be good to have a flag for free events for example to make it visible for the end user.

  13. meetings I created from my personal account have the descriptions listed. But the ones I adopted from the team account do not have the descriptions until AFTER the link to the scheduling page is selected. 

    We would LOVE to be able to add universal description text to adopted meeting types

  14. Include the ability to copy Scheduling Links with Smart Parameters from the browser extension.

    For example, this would be useful in scenarios where users would like to credit a specific booker, so having a quick way to do it from the extension without having to manually build them, or rely in an Admin to build would be a useful feature.

  15. When a customer books time using a meeting link, if they select a time and the time has already been booked before they have a chance to click submit, they see a vague error. The error says "couldn't book the meeting". It's not clear why they're seeing an error. It would be helpful to see more descriptive error so they know how to fix it (i.e. pick another time).

    Unfortunately, customers have to email their Sales rep so that the Sales rep can then send out a manual invite. Defeats the purpose of using Chili Piper links.

  16. JD wanted a 'manual email introduction' feature in Chili Piper that would:

    Assign a prospect to the appropriate Account Executive (AE)

    Send an email introduction to the AE and give them credit for a meeting just like if a meeting was booked

    Allow the AE to take over the conversation with the prospect, even if a meeting is not immediately booked

  18. Relocate "Welcome/Instructional" message on booking page to a lower section, or allow end users (calendar owners) to determine where the message is displayed (top, left, right, or under main content).

Right now we do have the option to select whether Bookers can view event titles on Assignees' calendars, or only see 'Busy' for blocked times under https://buildertrend.chilipiper.com/fire/admin/integrations/preferences and this is a global setting. It would be nice to have the same kind of feature in a user level since larger orgs might need a different configuration depending on teams and individuals.
