Allow users to set the minimum scheduling notice on the user level vs meeting type level
Some of our account managers like to set the minimum scheduling notice to 1 day so that they have time to prepare for their meetings with our customers, but others don't mind having it set to the day of. This feature was available when we used Outreach to book meetings.

A user wants to prevent prospects from booking same-day bookings, and only allow next-day and beyond bookings on all meeting types the user is affiliated with, without affecting the minimum schedule notice for other reps
