Concierge Live logs in Fire
Need to add ALL logs that were available for Concierge Live in Legacy to Fire. The lack of this logging is causing an inability to understand or troubleshoot issues and call routing in Fire, post migration.

Meeting Poll
Calendly has a feature that allows multiple people to vote on what time a meeting should be. This is very useful when trying to coordinate calls with multiple people with busy schedules, and it would be great if Chili Piper offered this same functionality.

Update fields on Event Object
Right now, using the JS options, we can write to custom fields on the event object (or activity object really). It would be nice if there was a way to do this with router links as well because some customers would like to write to UTM's on the event object and it's complex to make that happen.

SMS responses were available in legacy but not in Fire.
SMS responses were available in Legacy but not in Fire. This was used to ensure that if an SMS response goes out and someone responds that the rep is able to see that.

Pass custom URL query string parameters into Chat Data Fields
While it is currently possible to pass standard UTM parameters into Chat, it is not possible to pass any other custom values into Data Fields to be used for routing, tracking, or writing to Salesforce. It would be very useful to do this for anyone who uses more than just standard UTM fields, or if those UTM's are encrypted and we need to pass that encrypted string into Salesforce.

Allow for manually deleting/removing meetings from the system
As we've gone live with Chili Piper and have booked a lot of test meetings, I'd like to be able to delete those meetings out of the system altogether. This way we can be sure these test meetings aren't skewing the distribution of legit meetings across our AEs unevenly.

Global User Pause Setting
Allow pause settings for a user to happen at a universal level and not only on each individual router. Ideally, we could say, "John Doe" needs to be paused and we could do that in one place across all routers and not manage each individual one and pause him in several places.

Allow reporting within Distributions
Allow the ability to see which opportunities compose the meetings scheduled/cancelled within distributions. If an admin wants to see which 3 meetings cancelled within a distribution for an AE, for instance, it requires a manual search.

Reassigning multiple meetings at once
Currently it is only possible to reassign one meeting at a time as an admin. It would be useful to reassign multiple meetings at once. For example, when one rep is leaving the company their existing meetings need to be reassigned to other reps. Having the ability to reassign all of their meetings at once would be very helpful for offboarding.

Add User Created Date, Modified Date, Created By, & Modified By
With a growing list of users, it is impossible to tell if someone should or should not be licensed, should or should not be connected, and the user reporting is insufficient for identifying adoption insights by team or wave.
Please add user Created Date, Modified Date, Created By, and Modified By fields to the user reporting.
