  1. Currently the Intercom CP app works in Messenger, so we can manually trigger the app in the chat box. The app won't work as an operator bot app, however, despite showing the app available as a follow up action.   2. For the CP app in custom bot, we should be able to choose a queue, rather than specifying a user in the queue to book a meeting with.
