Warning alert to super admins on sudden / dramatic decrease in form routing
Dramatic decrease in Chili Concierge volume should send warning to super admins that something may be wrong - otherwise, if you don't hear from your reps or look in reports regularly you could miss tons of opps if say, a website change was made, or an integration was deployed on your site that you didn't realize would affect Concierge, or some other random event. Would be superior if the "dramatic" criteria could be set by the customer - such as if we see X percent decrease in x amount of time, or if we go 1 hour with no leads…

Algorithm Reset Intervals
ability to choose from a range of intervals in which the Round-Robin algorithm resets itself from the Workspace Settings ie., 1, 3, & 6 month intervals. This is for quarterly and semi-annual reporting purposes on their end.

Show reassignment total in queue history reporting
Being able to see either who was reassigned a meeting +1 or was removed a meeting due to reassignment -1 would be helpful for reporting purposes in Chili Piper.

More Than a Single Router Re-Direct
We have the need for more than one router redirect if the appointment request is a current client and if the client is international and we do not service their area yet.

Have Round Robing determine what availability is shown to the client.
Leads are for closers and your closers are busiest. This lead system allows a potential client to select a time and then the round robin is based off who is available. This puts more appointments in less effective closers appointment books. My top Sales guy only received 3 leads out of like 60 because of this. You need to have an option to do either. If I cannot get this honed in with weighting and teaching my top sales guy how to leave the most sought after appointment times open to me, we will be canceling your product. I would…

Only show router test link if leads are created in SF
Hide router testing link if SF leads not generated to ensure that we can't attempt to test something that definitely won't work.

Facebook lead ad integration
I spend a lot of my advertising budget on Facebook lead ads, but if I sent them to a Chili Piper page after to book a meeting with my team, they have to fill out the form again. Would be great to be able to enable a prospect to book a meeting after converting from a Facebook lead ad.. ideally directly in Facebook but it could also work on a thank you page I redirect them to... would just need to pass thru the info they already submitted so they don't have to refill a form.

Conditional Redirects with Concierge
As of today, Chili Piper can redirect upon specific actions - a meeting being scheduled, a prospect being DQ’d, etc. It would be great to be able to conditionally redirect based on their form-filled values.

Fuzzy Matching for Account Matching
Adding the ability to search on multiple factors for Account Matching in addition to just email domain. This would solve for situations where companies have multiple accounts for the same company (typically different country locations). An example would be searching based on email domain + another field such as country. This would also allow for matching to accounts for public email domains as well.

Setting to not allow public email domains in CP form submissions
Ideally, there would be a setting that doesn't allow email addresses with public domains (gmail, yahoo, etc.) to be submitted when going through booking links.

Create CP Form Fields without Linking them to Salesforce
Can it be possible to create form fields without having to link them to a field in Salesforce?1. The team wants to collect information that isn't always stored on a Lead or Contact.2. It's not scale-able for us to create a new field on Leads and Contacts for each data point the team wants to collect (i.e. Facebook URL, Facebook username, Facebook password, Twitter URL, Twitter password, EMR, etc).

Strict Round-Robin Distribution Option
Would prefer the option to show ONLY the calendar for the next rep in the queue. Classic round-robin distribution instead of combined availability of all reps in queue. rep1-rep2-rep3-rep4, then back to rep1-rep2-rep3-rep4. If a meeting no-shows or cancels, it is the rep's responsibility to get the meeting back on the calendar themself .

Ability to bulk deactivate & reactive users from queues
We have a process that requires that SDRs be removed completely from routers when they are on PTO. They can not receive new leads even within their calendar availably when they are out on PTO. Because of this process, It would be great if we could remove and re-add users in bulk vs. having to go into each queue and do so manually.

PTO management and booking when PTO ends
Currently, when a rep who is in a queue has their calendar blocked off for PTO Chilipiper marks them as OFF and they are not selected in queues until their calendar block ends. For example, if I'm on PTO this week with my calendar blocked for all day events and someone is trying to book a meeting for next week, I won't be next in queue and am marked OFF, even though my calendar is empty the following week. This feature needs to be smarter and recognize that I'm bookable next week, even if my calendar is blocked today.

Don't include reps on vacation for unbooked round robin
Chili can detect when a rep is on vacation and not book meetings for them during that time, but that rep will still receive unbooked leads via the round robin. Ideally, someone on vacation wouldn't receive these either and the only way around this is to manually remove people from the queues.

Auto Disqualification Rules
Let's say we ask for CRM on our form and we only want to let people book a meeting if they choose 'Salesforce', and if they choose anything else, we don't want to let them book a meeting.Right now, we have to put a rule in every queue associated with this router to say 'CRM = Salesforce', and that means updating a ton of different queues as we have queues for every territory. It would be much more efficient if we could build a 'Disqualification' queue where we could just say 'If CRM isn't Salesroce', don't show the ability to book…
