  1. I spend a lot of my advertising budget on Facebook lead ads, but if I sent them to a Chili Piper page after to book a meeting with my team, they have to fill out the form again. Would be great to be able to enable a prospect to book a meeting after converting from a Facebook lead ad.. ideally directly in Facebook but it could also work on a thank you page I redirect them to... would just need to pass thru the info they already submitted so they don't have to refill a form.

  2. Would prefer the option to show ONLY the calendar for the next rep in the queue. Classic round-robin distribution instead of combined availability of all reps in queue. rep1-rep2-rep3-rep4, then back to rep1-rep2-rep3-rep4. If a meeting no-shows or cancels, it is the rep's responsibility to get the meeting back on the calendar themself .

  3. Adding the ability to search on multiple factors for Account Matching in addition to just email domain. This would solve for situations where companies have multiple accounts for the same company (typically different country locations).An example would be searching based on email domain + another field such as country.This would also allow for matching to accounts for public email domains as well.

  4. Long-winded lead-in:I am an admin user and my company primarily uses Chilipiper for Concierge purposes. As a best practice, we want to use the credentials of a system/not-actual-people users as the primary means of integrating SaaS services together (e.g. Salesforce <> ChilIPiper). This future-proofs our tools for when people leave the company or go on vacation etc.We have done that for Salesforce, but I also wanted to specify that the Default Booker in our meeting queue as that same system user.   7. Chili can detect when a rep is on vacation and not book meetings for them during that time, but that rep will still receive unbooked leads via the round robin. Ideally, someone on vacation wouldn't receive these either and the only way around this is to manually remove people from the queues.

  8. As of today, Chili Piper can redirect upon specific actions - a meeting being scheduled, a prospect being DQ’d, etc. It would be great to be able to conditionally redirect based on their form-filled values.

  10. Prospects and Customers love the Chili Piper L2A matching routing capabilities. Routing based on the website domain or the email domain is a highly valued feature that gives Chili Piper a competitive advantage. It will be amazing if Chili Piper can route with the same logic for Lead to Lead (L2L) routing. This would allow a Lead to be routed to the owner of another Lead that has the same domain. Dramatic decrease in Chili Concierge volume should send warning to super admins that something may be wrong - otherwise, if you don't hear from your reps or look in reports regularly you could miss tons of opps if say, a website change was made, or an integration was deployed on your site that you didn't realize would affect Concierge, or some other random event. Would be superior if the "dramatic" criteria could be set by the customer - such as if we see X percent decrease in x amount of time, or if we go 1 hour with no leads…

  13. ability to choose from a range of intervals in which the Round-Robin algorithm resets itself from the Workspace Settings ie., 1, 3, & 6 month intervals. This is for quarterly and semi-annual reporting purposes on their end.

  14. Can it be possible to create form fields without having to link them to a field in Salesforce?1. The team wants to collect information that isn't always stored on a Lead or Contact.2. It's not scale-able for us to create a new field on Leads and Contacts for each data point the team wants to collect (i.e. Facebook URL, Facebook username, Facebook password, Twitter URL, Twitter password, EMR, etc).

  16. Want to reduce friction by only asking for a couple criteria up front and then immediately showing the available times. After selecting a time, want to show additional questions BEFORE submitting. Basically the same flow as the standalone booking links, but with Concierge as well.

  18. I'd like to create a meeting queue, say, "Home Tour". This queue routes to different salespeople based on the user's location which we pass to Chili Piper. I'd like to be able to assign different team members to each location all within the queue.Something like the screenshot attached. This would be much cleaner for us than having to create 10+ queues for each market we are in and then add rules within each queue. As we expand, it's going to become a nightmare to look at and understand.

  20. Right now if you provide an invalid value for the id query string parameter, the prospect books and fills out a form. But CP uses the bad id value to do the Salesforce lookup and an API error is generated. Would like CP to recognize this case and create the lead/contact instead
