Facebook lead ad integration
I spend a lot of my advertising budget on Facebook lead ads, but if I sent them to a Chili Piper page after to book a meeting with my team, they have to fill out the form again. Would be great to be able to enable a prospect to book a meeting after converting from a Facebook lead ad.. ideally directly in Facebook but it could also work on a thank you page I redirect them to... would just need to pass thru the info they already submitted so they don't have to refill a form.

Warning alert to super admins on sudden / dramatic decrease in form routing
Dramatic decrease in Chili Concierge volume should send warning to super admins that something may be wrong - otherwise, if you don't hear from your reps or look in reports regularly you could miss tons of opps if say, a website change was made, or an integration was deployed on your site that you didn't realize would affect Concierge, or some other random event. Would be superior if the "dramatic" criteria could be set by the customer - such as if we see X percent decrease in x amount of time, or if we go 1 hour with no leads…

More Than a Single Router Re-Direct
We have the need for more than one router redirect if the appointment request is a current client and if the client is international and we do not service their area yet.

Conditional Redirects with Concierge
As of today, Chili Piper can redirect upon specific actions - a meeting being scheduled, a prospect being DQ’d, etc. It would be great to be able to conditionally redirect based on their form-filled values.

Create CP Form Fields without Linking them to Salesforce
Can it be possible to create form fields without having to link them to a field in Salesforce?1. The team wants to collect information that isn't always stored on a Lead or Contact.2. It's not scale-able for us to create a new field on Leads and Contacts for each data point the team wants to collect (i.e. Facebook URL, Facebook username, Facebook password, Twitter URL, Twitter password, EMR, etc).

Add additional questions after routing with Concierge but before booking
Want to reduce friction by only asking for a couple criteria up front and then immediately showing the available times. After selecting a time, want to show additional questions BEFORE submitting. Basically the same flow as the standalone booking links, but with Concierge as well.

Recognize invalid id= parameter in router
Right now if you provide an invalid value for the id query string parameter, the prospect books and fills out a form. But CP uses the bad id value to do the Salesforce lookup and an API error is generated. Would like CP to recognize this case and create the lead/contact instead

Default Concierge cal language
Concierge header calendar language defaults to "what time works best for a quick call" above the date selector and then immediately under the date selector and above time selector is "what time works" this is awkward messaging and first one should default to "what day works"

Add hide_x=true option to Marketing.js
When implementing Chili Piper across different pages, we would like to have the option to hide the X for some popups (e.g. when embedded in a DOM element), and not for others. Currently, this is only achievable using the REST API or with CSS for the entire workspace. It would be very useful to have a JS option for the JS API to hide the X.

HubSpot Form Mapping - Checkboxes in Handoff Router
Handoff workspaces need to add functionality to read multi-select checkboxes from the HubSpot Forms integration.Currently Chilipiper cannot read if multiple checkboxes are supplied on a HubSpot form and you cannot do reliable routing based on form submission checkbox preferences.I've included an example image below. If more than one option is chosen this is not honored in the handoff router. Additionally Chilipiper then writes the incomplete value back into HubSpot causing data errors. This is critical functionality!!!

Only show router test link if leads are created in SF
Hide router testing link if SF leads not generated to ensure that we can't attempt to test something that definitely won't work.

Auto Disqualification Rules
Let's say we ask for CRM on our form and we only want to let people book a meeting if they choose 'Salesforce', and if they choose anything else, we don't want to let them book a meeting.Right now, we have to put a rule in every queue associated with this router to say 'CRM = Salesforce', and that means updating a ton of different queues as we have queues for every territory. It would be much more efficient if we could build a 'Disqualification' queue where we could just say 'If CRM isn't Salesroce', don't show the ability to book…

Ownership queues
You can refer to ticket #18327. When someone fills out a web form, CP looks for the owner and finds a matching account but no lead or contact record. Salesforce creates the lead and assigns it to a non user like Rev Ops. If the prospect books a meeting then it works perfectly, it assigns it to the right person as the owner. However, if the prospect does not book a meeting when it goes in it finds the lead is assigned to Rev Ops so it is triggered to round robin out to the next BDR. The ask here…

Don't update Account or Contact Owner through QFPWDTA
There is a feature in QFPWDTA where the Account owner or the Contact owner is notified of the submission, even if the rep does not have a Chili Piper license. Even when an Ownership queue is not listed in DTA, the owner will still be notified. This is a breach of security as we should not be notifying anyone about Chili Piper data if the admin did not provide consent to notify the person who does not have a Chili Piper license. ---The functionality should be to notify the owner ONLY if the rep has a Chili Piper license AND is…
