  1. Can you add the option to ctrl + find on a Chili Piper Fire router page so that we can easily find routing rules and their "Display Calendar?". We have individual routers with 100+ routing rules, and we want to easily find a rule and its display calendar.

  2. When a prospect is assigned through "Queues for prospects who didn't take action" to a Owner from a queue booking link, all members should be notified about it and not only the Lead/Contact owner. It can give a better visibility to all members of this group queue.

In Concierge Fire, you can now send a message when a lead is assigned that does not book. From here, you can cc an email and that email can be an address all users are on. Screenshot attached.

  3. We have the need for more than one router redirect if the appointment request is a current client and if the client is international and we do not service their area yet.

With the flow view in Concierge, you can now set up a redirect per path. So redirects are now customizable!

  4. As of today, Chili Piper can redirect upon specific actions - a meeting being scheduled, a prospect being DQ’d, etc. It would be great to be able to conditionally redirect based on their form-filled values.

  5. Having a default meeting type set for each queue means that queues have to be duplicated for each meeting type even though the rules are the same. It would be much less overhead if the meeting type could be configured at the Router level so that queues could be used with multiple different routers. With dozens of queues, duplicating them for every meeting type isn't scalable at all. Having a default meeting type for the queue would be fine as long as it could be overwritten by the meeting type set at the queue level (if one is set).

  6. Smart booking links https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053021254-Smart-Booking-Links makes it possible to specify the Meeting Type as a URL parameter for meetings.. but not for Routers. The Router meeting link should accept the Type parameter and then over-ride the default meeting type.

  7. Can it be possible to create form fields without having to link them to a field in Salesforce?1. The team wants to collect information that isn't always stored on a Lead or Contact.2. It's not scale-able for us to create a new field on Leads and Contacts for each data point the team wants to collect (i.e. Facebook URL, Facebook username, Facebook password, Twitter URL, Twitter password, EMR, etc).

  8. Instead of writing the conditions with AND and OR, it'd be easier to describe the queue rule with a logic tree. Some major routing software offers it and it's fool proof than writing conditions with AND and OR.

This is now solved in our Rules available in the Demand Conversion Platform.

  9. Concierge header calendar language defaults to "what time works best for a quick call" above the date selector and then immediately under the date selector and above time selector is "what time works" this is awkward messaging and first one should default to "what day works"

Now customizable in router customizations on the Demand Conversion Platform.

  10. Handoff workspaces need to add functionality to read multi-select checkboxes from the HubSpot Forms integration.Currently Chilipiper cannot read if multiple checkboxes are supplied on a HubSpot form and you cannot do reliable routing based on form submission checkbox preferences.I've included an example image below. If more than one option is chosen this is not honored in the handoff router. Additionally Chilipiper then writes the incomplete value back into HubSpot causing data errors. This is critical functionality!!!

  11. Let's say we ask for CRM on our form and we only want to let people book a meeting if they choose 'Salesforce', and if they choose anything else, we don't want to let them book a meeting.Right now, we have to put a rule in every queue associated with this router to say 'CRM = Salesforce', and that means updating a ton of different queues as we have queues for every territory. It would be much more efficient if we could build a 'Disqualification' queue where we could just say 'If CRM isn't Salesroce', don't show the ability to book…

With the Flow builder view, you can put one rule at the top of the flow that will disqualify anyone for specific qualifications then build out the rest fo your routing. Gif attached!

  12. In a scenario where lead creation is turned off, when a prospect matches L2A during initial routing, but then doesn't select a meeting time, they're routed via Queues for Prospects Who Dont Take Action. QFPWDTA does not account for Ownership queues if they are net-new and lead creation is disabled. It would be great if we could create some kind of key from the initial routing that holds true when QFPWDTA takes place, allowing for L2A at that time.

Using Fire's new flow builders in Concierge slows this problem now :)

  13. You can refer to ticket #18327. When someone fills out a web form, CP looks for the owner and finds a matching account but no lead or contact record. Salesforce creates the lead and assigns it to a non user like Rev Ops. If the prospect books a meeting then it works perfectly, it assigns it to the right person as the owner. However, if the prospect does not book a meeting when it goes in it finds the lead is assigned to Rev Ops so it is triggered to round robin out to the next BDR. The ask here…

  15. There is a feature in QFPWDTA where the Account owner or the Contact owner is notified of the submission, even if the rep does not have a Chili Piper license. Even when an Ownership queue is not listed in DTA, the owner will still be notified. This is a breach of security as we should not be notifying anyone about Chili Piper data if the admin did not provide consent to notify the person who does not have a Chili Piper license. ---The functionality should be to notify the owner ONLY if the rep has a Chili Piper license AND is…
