Have the ability to reassign a call to any user available regardless of team
When a user needs to reassign a call to another team member, they should have the ability to pick from all team members if needed, not just team members who were part of the distribution the call was originally scheduled.
This should list anyone in the distribution the call was scheduled from first, and then, if no one is available, list any remaining person available.

Ability to Change Team in Distribution after Publishing
When creating a distribution on the Fire Platform, we assign a team, but then it is not possible to change the team without re creating the whole distribution.
We need to be able to change the team in the distribution
6 votesYou can now swap out the team in a Distribution without rebuilding it from scratch. This makes it easier to respond to org changes while keeping your routing logic intact. Once you update and re-publish, your stats will reset for a fresh start.

Search all open opps for matching criteria
Search all open opportunities for a match to Queue criteria rather than just last modified.
13 votesThis is possible on the Fire platform in the Matching Hub. The Match to Opportunity tab has the option to change the filters (e.g. show Closed Won opportunities not just open for post-sales use cases) and tiebreakers (e.g. prioritise based on the created or close date instead of last modified). https://help.chilipiper.com/hc/en-us/articles/33532253394323-Matching-Leads-Contacts-to-Opportunities-and-Cases-with-Chili-Piper

Don't include reps on vacation for unbooked round robin
Chili can detect when a rep is on vacation and not book meetings for them during that time, but that rep will still receive unbooked leads via the round robin. Ideally, someone on vacation wouldn't receive these either and the only way around this is to manually remove people from the queues.
14 votesThis is resolved on the Fire platform – 'Prospect/Record' distributions used in the 'unbooked' paths in Concierge (plus Distro and Chat) will respect vacations.

Distribute to the same rep the calendar was shown through DTA
When the calendar loads after filling out the form of an Inbound Router through Concierge, we start the ownership update upon the lead creation at this moment for the rep the meeting will be booked with.
However, if the prospect takes longer to book the meeting, they can be reassigned to a different rep through the QFPWDTA.
The goal is that if the same queue is enabled on the Scheduling Queues and QFPWDTA, we should assign and distribute the lead/contact to the same rep.3 votesThis is possible in the Concierge flow builder in Fire. You can distribute to the owner or use the same distribution if the prospect does not schedule.

Manually rearrange distro team order
Currently you cannot rearrange the order of members in a distro team. New team members are put on top of the team list. We should be able to order the team members using either arrows (like queue arrangement) or via drag and drop functionality so each team doesn't have to be rebuilt when new members are added. This is specifically for Distro

Adjustable Booking Span for Start and End of Vacation Period
Currently, there is a standard booking span (ie. 4 days) for both before the start of vacation, and before the end of vacationFor example, having booking span set at 4 days means a rep will be removed from the round robin 4 days before they go on vacation, and they will re-enter the round robin 4 days before they return. It would be more convenient to set the time-frame individually at each end of the vacation period. ie. remove from round robin 2 days before the start of vacation, but re-join 4 days before the end.
