Upon round robin reset - continue in list order rather than move to top
Each time the round robin is reset, it starts over again from the top of this list of reps. This leads to reps at the bottom of the list often getting left out, an waiting all month / time period to be reached. It would be more fair if the round robin, even after being reset, would continue with the 'up next' rep in the list rather than bumping back up to the top.

Capping for Concierge
It would be great if Chili Piper can find another team or user when an assignee has reach a certain level of meeting booked.
Cap the assignee and distribute the other meetings to one other person or a team of users.

Distro/Form Concierge - Path Branching
It would be fantastic to build out more customization in routers rather than always having to go in a straight line by rules. More complex routing options like A) branching (based off a single rule or if/then criteria) would make the organization and rule building within routers much easier to follow (and educate others on).
Also, that ability to have rules trigger or route after another rule would be helpful. So basically first it checks for something like A) market segment and then B) checks territory. You could then build the secondary logic under the first branch to better understand…

Don't require Redirect on unsuccessful booking in Fire Concierge
In Fire Concierge, remove the requirement for a redirect on unsuccessful bookings. Instead, allow users to remain on the same page with a message or guidance on how to complete their booking.
Since we are using this in-app, this would enhance user experience by minimizing disruption, enabling users to easily retry without navigating away from the booking page.
This change will streamline the booking process, reduce user frustration, and improve the overall flow, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive interaction when issues arise during the booking attempt.

Set fallback actions for when integrations disconnect
I wish when the status changed, there was a way to get an alert or automate a downstream change. If someone's calendar connection breaks, for example, we need to remove them from the cue. Right now, we just have to go into the user list and check everyone periodically.

Do not consider inbound meeting count if booked on a weekend/extra hours in the day
There is a situation in our org where the sales persons work extra hours/weekend currently with the round robin routing they will have to wait for others to catchup weightage that's no bounty for the extra effort for the sales people.
Is there a way to build a system that only consider round robin for the office working hours and extra hour/weekend meetings aren't counted?

Facebook lead ad integration
I spend a lot of my advertising budget on Facebook lead ads, but if I sent them to a Chili Piper page after to book a meeting with my team, they have to fill out the form again. Would be great to be able to enable a prospect to book a meeting after converting from a Facebook lead ad.. ideally directly in Facebook but it could also work on a thank you page I redirect them to... would just need to pass thru the info they already submitted so they don't have to refill a form.

Move to another queue if ownership is unavailable for defined # of days
Ability for clients to set a variable # of days that if lead matches to owner but owner is not available for X number of days, move to route through other queues. This would solve for vacation or extended OOO without manual intervention from Chili Piper POC and prioritizing booking the meeting over waiting for an owner.

Ability to automatically load balance meetings between reps POST BOOKING (and automatically reassign meetings)
Currently we use weights to try to ensure reps are load balanced from a schedule perspective, however, we've found this to be insufficient and end up needing to manually reassign meetings between reps. We'd love for Chili Piper to be able to automatically reassign meetings between a pool of reps as schedules firm up.

Warning alert to super admins on sudden / dramatic decrease in form routing
Dramatic decrease in Chili Concierge volume should send warning to super admins that something may be wrong - otherwise, if you don't hear from your reps or look in reports regularly you could miss tons of opps if say, a website change was made, or an integration was deployed on your site that you didn't realize would affect Concierge, or some other random event. Would be superior if the "dramatic" criteria could be set by the customer - such as if we see X percent decrease in x amount of time, or if we go 1 hour with no leads…

Include two "owners" in a meeting
Be able to include one owner from X field in SF and another owner from Y field in SF on a meeting in a scalable way - ie, not by using a group booking queue.

Mass Distribution updating/grouped Distributions for easy rule changes
When working with 50+ queues due to large territories or broad teams/larger organizations, updating queues becomes a tedious and time-consuming task. It would be great if you could group queues together, and change a queue setting or add/remove a particular rule from the entire group at a time. Alternatively, you could select from a list of queues which to update, and trigger a mass update without a specific group defined.
