  1. Currently, the Distro Trigger can only monitor 1 field for "When a specific field is updated." Having the ability to monitor multiple fields would be a big lift for us. We have a Primary Field, which we are using, but being able to monitor multiple fields would be a very nice to have.

    Through the Entry Rules, we can make sure only the right Leads/Contacts are routed, but with only a single Trigger field, it makes it difficult to capture the right Leads/Contacts.

    Ideally it would be similar to the Field Update interface where you can add multiple fields to…

  2. We use ownership rules heavily and our rules match against opportunities and their owners. Opportunities in our Salesforce instance can have different owners. Because Chili Piper randomly selects an opportunity to match against currently, this leads to inconsistency in terms of how the ownership rule is applied, which undermines the effectiveness of the rule. Please provide the ability to control the sort order in which opportunities are pulled back (or provide a sane default - always use the most recent opportunity based on the criteria) so that this rule can be relied upon.

  3. Add a new setting to queue records coming outside of working hours.
    Like every record coming outside of 9 to 5 or during the week-end are queued.
    The distribution re-start at 9 am on the next business day.
    This idea is not related to the SLA feature.

  4. Add a button at the top of a Distro router that takes you directly to the linked Logs, next to 'Preview Flow'. You can do practically everything from within Flow Builder now except navigate directly to the Logs.

  6. Text me now. The form currently has 3 options: "Call me now", "Start a video call", or "Schedule a meeting". We personally will not use "Start a video call". A preferred option for us and for our prospects is "Text me now" rather than a video call. So the client is in control of their experience by requesting to be called, texted or schedule appointment. We will upgrade our account from Concierge to Concierge Live w/ calling and texting if this feature becomes available. I'm sure I'm not the only one requesting it and that could benefit from it.

  7. There is a situation in our org where the sales persons work extra hours/weekend currently with the round robin routing they will have to wait for others to catchup weightage that's no bounty for the extra effort for the sales people.

    Is there a way to build a system that only consider round robin for the office working hours and extra hour/weekend meetings aren't counted?

  8. Each time the round robin is reset, it starts over again from the top of this list of reps. This leads to reps at the bottom of the list often getting left out, an waiting all month / time period to be reached. It would be more fair if the round robin, even after being reset, would continue with the 'up next' rep in the list rather than bumping back up to the top.

  9. When a prospect is assigned through "Queues for prospects who didn't take action" to a Owner from a queue booking link, all members should be notified about it and not only the Lead/Contact owner. It can give a better visibility to all members of this group queue.

  11. Would love the ability to match a Lead to an Account and not route to the Account owner.
    Being able to write to a field on the Lead object which indicate it's matched to a certain account but hasn't been routed yet.

  15. Distro being able to mark a field value as blank or clear it. Helpful not to have to build formula fields for this in sfdc. We have existing prospects coming back all of the time. Don't want to build out a formula field.

Currently we use weights to try to ensure reps are load balanced from a schedule perspective, however, we've found this to be insufficient and end up needing to manually reassign meetings between reps. We'd love for Chili Piper to be able to automatically reassign meetings between a pool of reps as schedules firm up.

  17. Be able to query Salesforce based on Account Record Type when looking at ownership rules. For large companies with multiple account types only looking at 5 accounts isn't enough and the value will Chili Piper decreases over time as more accounts are added.

  18. Ability for clients to set a variable # of days that if lead matches to owner but owner is not available for X number of days, move to route through other queues. This would solve for vacation or extended OOO without manual intervention from Chili Piper POC and prioritizing booking the meeting over waiting for an owner.

  19. Currently, any manual calibrations made to a queue are not automatically reflected in other queues across a group. An admin must instead add/remove meetings to every queue in a group manually to keep them balanced.

  20. We did a demo of distro and my biggest takeaway was the SLA actions tool. We've been working on that in our org separately and the tool accomplishes a couple of things that would be useful on their own or tied to concierge as well. The time dependent actions can be really difficult to set up inside a CRM on its own and that would really simplify that process. Also being able to schedule slack reminders would be a huge benefit for everything we currently use.
