Allow custom limit for multiple bookings
Right now users can have a single (1) booking for a given time slot (ex: 11am) or multiple (8) bookings.
There is no option to edit/limit multiple bookings to more/less than 8.
Ex: I want to be able to just double (2) book a timeslot.

Book Meeting onto Non-Primary Google Calendar
It would be amazing to be able to schedule meeting on one of an Assignee's non-Primary or Additional Calendars in Google.
(Calendly allows this...)

Reschedule Should NOT Count For Booking Limits
Currently, Host booking limits are taken into account when someone attempts to reschedule their meeting.
This shouldn't be the case as the meeting is being moved to a different time (and thus not adding to the number of meetings booked).

24-hour time format.
Please give the simple option to use 24h time format. Too many people mix AM with PM when overseas.

it would be great if when creating the form we can have progressive forms. "If service =X, Show fields A/B/C"

Option to send separate invites to guest and attendee
We want to include information about the meeting in the calendar invite for the attendee, but it's information that the guest shouldn't see. Additionally, we don't want the guest to have access to the attendees email address before their appointment. I know we have the feature to include or not include the guest in the invitation, but the guest also needs a calendar invite. It'd be great to be able to send separate invites with separate templates to the attendee and guest.

Meeting limit for Primary Guest - Custom Error Message
When using the "Meeting limit for Primary Guest", and a guest is trying to schedule additional meeting in the time period configure.
The current behavior is that Chilipiper is showing the calendar and when the person is trying to schedule a meeting it blocked it as expected but the error message is very vague.
I would recommended first, not showing the calendar option.
Second, if there is no option, to allow an Admin to configure a customize error message in the "Meeting limit for Primary Guest" settings of the meeting type.1 vote -
Enable one-hour meeting slots starting on the half-hour.
I’d like the ability to schedule meetings within the specific hours I set. For example, if my availability is 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM, I want the option to hold one-hour meetings starting on the half-hour (e.g., 1:30, 2:30, 3:30). This would provide more flexibility when setting up my schedule and make better use of custom time blocks.

limits the number of additional guests
We have an issue where we want our prospects to add additional guests, but only have limited space in our meeting rooms so would like to limit the number of guests to ensure we have space for everyone to join.

Allow passing Scheduling Links within URL parameters
Allow users to directly load a specific ChiliCal scheduling link into the scheduler view via URL parameters. This would allow a flow from within Salesforce for example to jump right into a round-robin scheduler view without having to change from 'My Links'

Show Org-level meeting type descriptions on Personal Pages
meetings I created from my personal account have the descriptions listed. But the ones I adopted from the team account do not have the descriptions until AFTER the link to the scheduling page is selected.
We would LOVE to be able to add universal description text to adopted meeting types

More Descriptive error when booking a meeting for a time that's already booked
When a customer books time using a meeting link, if they select a time and the time has already been booked before they have a chance to click submit, they see a vague error. The error says "couldn't book the meeting". It's not clear why they're seeing an error. It would be helpful to see more descriptive error so they know how to fix it (i.e. pick another time).
Unfortunately, customers have to email their Sales rep so that the Sales rep can then send out a manual invite. Defeats the purpose of using Chili Piper links.

Relocate "Welcome/Instructional" message on booking page
Relocate "Welcome/Instructional" message on booking page to a lower section, or allow end users (calendar owners) to determine where the message is displayed (top, left, right, or under main content).
User concerned with clients overlooking instructions at top page when booking appointment and missing important details.

Visibility of Calendar Events on a user level.
Right now we do have the option to select whether Bookers can view event titles on Assignees' calendars, or only see 'Busy' for blocked times under https://buildertrend.chilipiper.com/fire/admin/integrations/preferences and this is a global setting. It would be nice to have the same kind of feature in a user level since larger orgs might need a different configuration depending on teams and individuals.

No Show Button in Salesforce - Confirmation message looks like a mistake
The solution published for adding a No Show button to Salesforce sounds great, but it's a horrible user experience when the End User clicks it and sees a non-formatted window open up with what looks like HTML and a mistake
All of my users reported this today being confused so it would be much better if a message appeared inside of Salesforce showing a Confirmation that it was completed successfully

No Shows & Rescheduling in ChiliCal Chrome Extension
there is not an easy way to mark calls as a no-show in Gong using the Chili Cal Chrome Extension. This is very important for both Booker and Host to do.
Today you have to select the specific event that you want to mark, so the main ways are from Google Calendar, your Chili Piper calendar in your account, or via a custom button on the Salesforce event.
Can you please add Chili Piper calendars into the Chrome extension to speed up the process of tracking No Shows, and Rescheduling events on live calls?
