Allow users to book over internal meetings with Instant Booker
I'd like to submit product feedback for a setting in which a user can choose to select any time on their calendar (regardless of "Free" / "Busy"). Going into the calendar for every meeting and marking as "Free" is a bit manual/clunky, especially if we are suggesting multiple time options. The use case for me is I'm an Account Executive and I'm willing to push internal meetings for prospect / customer calls if they choose a time where I have an internal meeting already. Ability to view all events occuring in the same time slot in Instant Booker
Currently the Instant Booker won't show the titles, or segments of all events that are booked at the same time slot. Instead, it will default to showing just one of the busy blocks and extending it down.Our team reserves slots on their calendar for "Orientation Calls". They are expected to book over that calendar slot. Orientation call slots are reserved so no student can book over them. Don't Schedule Before A Specific Date
Add a setting to the Instant Booker to prevent the call from being booked before a specific date. This would allow more important calls to be booked first and less important calls that you designate to be scheduled after a specific date.

Add the ability to insert a booking link from the Instant Booker for availability for all
Currently, when using the IB to insert times or a booking link into an email, you can only do so for a single reps availability. We'd love the ability to insert a booking link for availability for all, so that we can share times where both the booker, and at least one assignee are available to customers. This is currently only possible by sending out the queue booking link and manually adding the ?by= parameter.

Receive a notification when a meeting is booked, rescheduled, or reassigned
While email alerts are great, I sometimes don't check my inbox for a couple of hours at a time. A chrome notification, similar to what you have for Instant Video, when certain things happen would be great. The ability to customize which notifications I get would put a cherry on top.

Trigger an Email When Meeting Booked
Currently, the "Reminder" feature can only be triggered based on an amount of time before a meeting. What if a customized email could be triggered based on a meeting being booked?
Use case: A prospect sends an SDR an email with interest to meet but the prospect doesn't provide availability. The SDR finds a time using Chili and books the meeting, which sends a calendar invite with a subject line of Placeholder. Distinct User Colors in IB
Add different colors for different users so you can distinguish who is not available and decide if there will be any flexibility in moving the meeting to make room for a customer meeting. This is especially useful for managers in a support use case

Update queue order in Instant Booker
It would be great for the queue order to update based on who is up next for a meeting. The idea would be that the person up next is at the top of the queue in instant booker then the order changes based on the current level and goes top-down. This is helpful when there are a lot of users in the queue and the booker often needs to skip people based on availability. The person at the top may be selected more often. Change the " Click here to book meeting" text to the language that has been chosen on Instant Booker
When we open Instant Booker from the extension itself, even if we select a language that is not English, the text " Click here to book meeting" is always generated in English, so this feature request is to translate this when we have a different language.

Hold the minimum scheduling notice for suggested times.
When using the instant booker to suggest times, the customer sends over availability. However, minimum scheduling notices are not maintained. For example, if my meeting type has a 12-hr minimum scheduling notice, and I sent availability 2 days ago for today's 3pm and 4pm time slots, the prospect would be able to book that time, even though it’s outside of the 12-hour minimum scheduling notice. In other words, those times were sent two days ago, but the recipient is then booking them 3-4 hours prior to those times, overriding the minimum scheduling notice of 12 hours.

Allow users to book meetings for reps that are set as OFF on Instant Booker
Currently, it's not possible to book meetings for someone that has a day off the next day (or more days) due to the Booking Span if the queue is Round Robin with the make it strict option enabled, would be good if we had an option to not block the calendar of the rep for when the person is back.
Example - I'm off tomorrow and IB shows me as OFF, and with the make it strict, it will not consider me as next in queue, so bookers are not able to assign meetings to me for next week.

Show queue meeting levels in Instant Booker
Currently, when booking via a queue in Instant Booker, a star indicates the rep who is 'next up,' but there's no way to know who has the next least meetings, or the 3rd least meetings. Clicking availability for all will allow an SDR to find a time that works for the prospect, but it would be helpful to know the meeting level of all reps in Instant Booker so that if the starred rep isn't available, we can check the calendar for the next starred rep specifically, instead of all reps in the queue.
