Compare more than 2 timezones in the instant booker
When planning a meeting of more than 2 people, it would be fantastic to add the ability to compare more than 2 time zones when booking through the instant booker.

Show queue meeting levels in Instant Booker
Currently, when booking via a queue in Instant Booker, a star indicates the rep who is 'next up,' but there's no way to know who has the next least meetings, or the 3rd least meetings. Clicking availability for all will allow an SDR to find a time that works for the prospect, but it would be helpful to know the meeting level of all reps in Instant Booker so that if the starred rep isn't available, we can check the calendar for the next starred rep specifically, instead of all reps in the queue. Switch from 'insert availability' to 'book a meeting' in same UI
We would like to be able to utilize the extension to pull in the attendee names from an email then use that information to directly book a meeting. It would be beneficial to switch back and forth from the ability to insert availability to book a meeting as needed in the same workflow.

Move Instant Booker feature up on the Extension view
Most users who use the extension are utilizing Instant Booker or Booking Links. The Personal Page section takes up a lot of space and there are users who have to scroll down a lot to find the Instant Booker section. We should move the Instant Booker feature back up on the extension to the top or at least above the Personal Pages.

Internal Notifications For Meetings Booked
When a prospect self-schedules a meeting (for example, they book a time for a demo via the website), only the meeting guest and assignee are notified with a meeting confirmation. We need to be able to give others on our team this same level of "instant" visibility that someone booked a meeting.

30 Day Calendar View
Problem:
Currently, users/bookers are only able to view 7-days at a time, and in order to look at dates in the future, it requires too many clicks.
- i.e. if I want to book an event 3 weeks away, I'd have to click the "next arrow" 3 times and then find the date I needSolution:

Rich text editing in Meeting Invites
We should have the ability to format with bullets/numbering, bolded text, etc in Chili Piper invites the same way we do in Google Calendar. This is especially helpful for setting call expectations such as templated meeting agenda items.

For reps that only work in 1 timezone, needing to manually change it each time to suggest / insert available meeting times is pretty cumbersome.

Single Day Scheduling view
It would be great to be able to see a single day view when trying to book with multiple reps. This can make it easier to work with reps who have jam packed schedules.

HOLD placed on suggested times
Ability to place a HOLD on an assignees calendar if someone has suggested this time. Picturing this as a different color or look in the instant booker that designates it's a HOLD and gives the booker the ability to still suggested it, while recognizing that someone else as placed a HOLD on that time.

Lock down how far out we can schedule
When someone is using the chilipiper extension or instant booker, be able to lock down how far out the reps can schedule a meeting. If we change the meeting type to schedule only within the next 3 days, only allow them to schedule within that timeframe not out further.

Booking Links
The UI screen of the booking links page is terrible - not only is there no search functionality to search for a specific user, the users aren't listed in alphabetical order. It is extremely time-consuming to use this feature when you need to search through hundreds of names. Please bring this page up to date with the rest of the platform.

Listed organizer on confirmed meetings
When using the Reassign function(SDR holds handoff, AE holds IB) - remove SDR as organizer of calendar event & make AE organizer of both calendar event and zoom link so that the SDR does not appear on the confirmed meeting.

Prevent meeting bookings outside Working Hours Queue by Queue in Handoff
It would be nice to toggle on/off on a queue by queue basis for these handoff routers that funnel to queues. Some teams are hoping for more control of their teams' schedules.

Allow Meeting Time to be inserted in Email Confirmation
Meeting time is crucial to be visible once people book a meeting. The calendar invite is not obvious enough depends on the email app they use. Without meeting time in the email confirmation, it's hard for the prospects to check their booked time and leading the confusion for many of our prospects to email us.

Block calendar within chilipiper without blocking personal calendar
I'd like to block a date within chilipiper and NOT my personal calendar. At the moment, I have days that need to be blocked after a certain number of customer appointments and I need to leave my personal calendar open to allow time for internal meetings.
current process is to create a custom calendar per day to block it off but it is not user friendly. It would be better to have a calendar in chilipiper to block off there and not affect my personal calendar. 10to8 has this option.2 votes
