Want ability to blacklist a specific email or phone number from booking a meeting

we have a case, where person blocked time slots and does not show up all the time, if is very needed to be able to block certan emails or domains

It is too much to have to update our rules in every single queue just to block specific people from booking.

Have an email validator tool built into concierge so if someone uses a invalid/spam email they do not have the option to book a meeting.

I use a couple right now that are super valuable:

They give 3 results:
1. Valid
2. Uncertain (if they have email security etc.)
3. Invalid

The “invalid” are always invalid, so it would be very valuable to have the option “If Invalid do not show calendar”.

Seems like we could just build our own and not have to use a 3rd party.

I need to be able to block certain old customers so they are unalbe to schedule with me after so much time or so many meetings.

In cases where competitors come inbound and attempt to waste our time this can be a nice to have feature that eliminates any possibility of a person on an excluded email domain from being able to schedule a meeting with your sales reps via Concierge - it would be a simple list of email domains that can be manually added or imported via CSV

Ideally, there would be a setting that doesn't allow email addresses with public domains (gmail, yahoo, etc.) to be submitted when going through booking links.
