    It would be great to be able to download the queue histories themselves, similarly to how we can download router histories.This would be very useful for campaign tracking, particularly with our non-SFDC customers and for CRMs that aren't currently supported by Zapier.

    For reporting purposes, it's a lot easier to control (particularly with larger teams) when the reps only use global meeting templates.
