Better visualization in the back end to be able to see all concierge meetings booked with a specific rep. Right now when you filter in the reports tab within a workspace and search for the assignee

Improved reporting for Distro
It would be useful to be able to see a top-level view of routes, for example, how many records were assigned to each team and route, ideally with a timeframe selector. This would help view team distribution ensuring one team is not being overloaded compared to others.

Explain disqualification
When a form is disqualified, it would be great to know why it is disqualified. This would help mitigate routing errors.

Exporting with All Fields
Downloading 'prospect history' to analyze doesn't come with all fields automatically, and requires a lot of cross-referencing.

If the guest form was used to book a meeting, show the email address when viewing the meeting record from the dashboard
If the guest form was used to book a meeting, show the email address when viewing the meeting record from the dashboard. If someone books with the guest form and Chili Piper was unable to create the record in CRM, we have no way to track down the email address used and manually create the record in CRM. (We would have far greater errors if we had Chili Piper set to create the contacts all of the time; there are reasons we cannot do this.)

Add Tags on Distribution Report to Identify How Meetings Were Booked
In the Distribution Report, it's not clear which meetings were booked
Manually, Booked through Chili Piper by your users, Booked through Chili Piper by through a booking link, Cancelled events or Skipped turns. I only get an overall view and it would be nice to have a dot next to each calendar meeting to indicate how it was booked.1 voteAvailable in the Demand Conversion's Meeting Activities!

Add search function to dashboard filters
As an admin, I need the ability to quickly search for a single user's events, so I can quickly find their Chili Piper events.
[Workspace] >> Dashboard >> Add Filter >> Value (make Value searchable)
Need to be able to search for a specific value instead of scrolling through lots and lots of usernames.

Reminders Log
It would be great to be able to view a list of reminders that have been sent as well as a list of queued reminders available to the admins. This would greatly improve troubleshooting when the Sales reps claim that reminders are not being generated. Also, when offboarding a rep this could help us see what is currently going out and to whom.

Report on meeting distribution for those who don't book via Concierge
When leads come inbound and don't book a meeting, Chili Piper assigns them to my sales team. I would love to see a report, similar to "Calibration Reports" that shows me the # of leads distributed per rep as well as a link to those leads so I can audit to make sure my reps are following up accordingly.

Show Scheduled Date and Time in Queue History
It would be helpful for auditing and troubleshooting to be able to see what date and time a meeting was booked for in the Queue History. Currently we can only see when a meeting was booked and with whom.

Improved History and Distribution for Queues for Prospects Who Didn't Take Action
Currently there is no way in-app to track the distribution of leads via Queues for Prospects Who Didn't Take Action (aka DTA Queues). Additionally, current level and weighting does not apply to DTA Queues. For example, if a customer has 3 reps with weights of 100%, 100%, and 10% then DTA Queues will still distribute the leads evenly instead of following the set weights.

Show report for the exact selected dates
When we select a range for start-date and end-date in Reports, we display one less day for each - for example selected range 02 - 09 displays report for 01 - 08. This is confusing for users who may be wondering about data accuracy.

Improved Prospect History Data
In the Reports tab we can hover over a person's name to see a black box with the data points on them. That box can be a little wonky to load and view on my browser where I don't see all the data. I'd love for this to be a clickable page or something that is bit more user friendly to audit the data points.

Queue Results For Unmatched Form Fills
The ability to see the queue matching rules for leads who do not match any queue. When a lead matches a queue, you can click in the reporting section to see which queue it matched with, and which it did not (along with why).
If the lead does not match with a queue, you are not able to see why. This makes troubleshooting incredibly difficult.

Prospect History - Filter to Connected Only
Ever since adding Chilipiper in-app, we get a ton of "non-connected Prospects" that show up under prospect history, and it is making that entire feature a lot less usable. We want to see all connected meetings there.
