    You now have the ability to see CRM logs in Meeting Activity and in Myapp. If you go to a meeting in Myapp or Meeting activity and click CRM actions (screenshot attached). This includes:

    • Auto Retries for ChiliCal meetings when 3rd party creates a record and we are waiting for the Lead or Contact to be created to create the Event (same cadence as in Concierge)
    • Manual retries for the case above and for errors, like not enough permissions
    • The CRM logs tab will list all the actions taken and attempted in the CRM: Update/Create records, Create Event, Update Fields, etc. (from bottom to top)

  4. Better visualization in the back end to be able to see all concierge meetings booked with a specific rep. Right now when you filter in the reports tab within a workspace and search for the assignee

  5. It would be useful to be able to see a top-level view of routes, for example, how many records were assigned to each team and route, ideally with a timeframe selector. This would help view team distribution ensuring one team is not being overloaded compared to others.

  6. Once a meeting is cancelled, there is no visibility to the meeting in Chili Piper. It is only visible in the Prospect History as having been booked. It would be helpful to have a report of cancelled meetings, similar to the one that exists for booked/active meetings (including the option to open up the meeting, see when it was cancelled, and what reminders were sent prior to cancellation).

  7. When a form is disqualified, it would be great to know why it is disqualified. This would help mitigate routing errors.

    You can now export concierge logs (new and improved prospect history in Concierge fire) and it includes all fields - More details here.

  9. If the guest form was used to book a meeting, show the email address when viewing the meeting record from the dashboard. If someone books with the guest form and Chili Piper was unable to create the record in CRM, we have no way to track down the email address used and manually create the record in CRM. (We would have far greater errors if we had Chili Piper set to create the contacts all of the time; there are reasons we cannot do this.)

  10. Add a filter to see "TOMORROW" meetings, not just all "upcoming" ALSO add the ability to set date range to just one day (same start and end)

    You can now filter by one day in the Meetings Activity dashboard. Just select the calendar and set the range to one day. Gif here.

  11. Allow end-users, not admins, to use the Reassign feature in the Dashboard.

    Currently, only admins or workspace admins can use this Reassign feature. This poses an extra step that will be more streamlined if the end-users can Reassign their own meetings.

  12. In the Distribution Report, it's not clear which meetings were booked
    Manually, Booked through Chili Piper by your users, Booked through Chili Piper by through a booking link, Cancelled events or Skipped turns. I only get an overall view and it would be nice to have a dot next to each calendar meeting to indicate how it was booked.

  14. As an admin, I need the ability to quickly search for a single user's events, so I can quickly find their Chili Piper events.

    [Workspace] >> Dashboard >> Add Filter >> Value (make Value searchable)

    Need to be able to search for a specific value instead of scrolling through lots and lots of usernames.

    You can export the Meeting Activity Dashboard in Fire, which gives you all the details on the Meetings happening in your Workspace. There are more details on the Dashboard here.

  17. Please offer an API to allow us to export the data from the reports page to external data warehouses. While we can get the calls scheduled from the Salesforce events, there's a ton of other visibility from the reports around queues used, lack of availability for reps, etc. that we can't pull into our existing reporting tools.

  18. It would be great to be able to view a list of reminders that have been sent as well as a list of queued reminders available to the admins. This would greatly improve troubleshooting when the Sales reps claim that reminders are not being generated. Also, when offboarding a rep this could help us see what is currently going out and to whom.

    In ChiliCal you are able to see reminders that have been sent and are upcoming. 

  19. When leads come inbound and don't book a meeting, Chili Piper assigns them to my sales team. I would love to see a report, similar to "Calibration Reports" that shows me the # of leads distributed per rep as well as a link to those leads so I can audit to make sure my reps are following up accordingly.

  20. Please add a filter so you can drill down to the Rep Availability = Disqualified - No Rules Match.
