    You now have the ability to see CRM logs in Meeting Activity and in Myapp. If you go to a meeting in Myapp or Meeting activity and click CRM actions (screenshot attached). This includes:

    • Auto Retries for ChiliCal meetings when 3rd party creates a record and we are waiting for the Lead or Contact to be created to create the Event (same cadence as in Concierge)
    • Manual retries for the case above and for errors, like not enough permissions
    • The CRM logs tab will list all the actions taken and attempted in the CRM: Update/Create records, Create Event, Update Fields, etc. (from bottom to top)

  3. Better visualization in the back end to be able to see all concierge meetings booked with a specific rep. Right now when you filter in the reports tab within a workspace and search for the assignee

  4. If the guest form was used to book a meeting, show the email address when viewing the meeting record from the dashboard. If someone books with the guest form and Chili Piper was unable to create the record in CRM, we have no way to track down the email address used and manually create the record in CRM. (We would have far greater errors if we had Chili Piper set to create the contacts all of the time; there are reasons we cannot do this.)

  7. Please offer an API to allow us to export the data from the reports page to external data warehouses. While we can get the calls scheduled from the Salesforce events, there's a ton of other visibility from the reports around queues used, lack of availability for reps, etc. that we can't pull into our existing reporting tools.

  8. When we select a range for start-date and end-date in Reports, we display one less day for each - for example selected range 02 - 09 displays report for 01 - 08. This is confusing for users who may be wondering about data accuracy.

  9. Track which meetings were booked via Instant Booker vs. Concierge/meeting link. Offer Reports to show this data and the % of meetings booked using each method. Offer the ability to sync this data to Salesforce Events.

  10. Ever since adding Chilipiper in-app, we get a ton of "non-connected Prospects" that show up under prospect history, and it is making that entire feature a lot less usable. We want to see all connected meetings there.
