  1. OTS keeps a lot of their help docs inside of notion and if they want to train Chat AI then they have to manually download everything. Being able to read data behind a login would help a lot.

  2. The chat bot is popping up on all pages even after the user clicks the 'X'. We would like to consider making it just pop up 1 time while the user is on the site.

  3. They need the lead to be created in Marketo first before hitting Salesforce bc this is how their intercom chat bot works. All leads currently get created in Marketo first for processing, scoring, and then syncing to Salesforce.

  4. Trigger task creation at the end of a chat. Maybe from through a score, but it could be as simple as a yes/no designation.

  5. Snapchat surfaced a use case where they would like the option to anonymize / or provide alias' in customer/prospect facing touch points. Both have more of a Support / CS use case in mind.

    • Chat (primary): showing an alias to reduce abuse through chat
    • Booked meetings: showing an alias email in calendar invites to reduce spam or follow ups being sent at large
