Event logs for Chili Cal
Concierge has a separate page for Logs where you can view meetings, and have the option to Retry Salesforce actions there on-demand. It'll be helpful if Chili Cal has the same page
1 voteYou now have the ability to see CRM logs in Meeting Activity in Myapp. If you go to a meeting in Myapp and click crm actions (screenshot attached). This includes:
- Auto Retries for ChiliCal meetings when 3rd party creates a record and we are waiting for the Lead or Contact to be created to create the Event (same cadence as in Concierge)
- Manual retries for the case above and for errors, like not enough permissions
- The CRM logs tab will list all the actions taken and attempted in the CRM: Update/Create records, Create Event, Update Fields, etc. (from bottom to top)

Link to Account in My App
Add "See in CRM" button within My App. This would allow the Assignee to quickly view the account ahead of the meeting, rather than having to include the SFDC link or account id in the Guest facing meeting invite.
3 votesThough not in the same location as this request, this has been released as CRM actions in My App.
To find this:
- Open 'My App' and go to the calendar view
- Select any meeting with external participants
- In the right side panel, select 'CRM Actions'. There you will see all relevant CRM actions as well as links to the Salesforce objects

Blind Round Robin for Handoff
A customer of ours would prefer that when SDRs use handoff that all assignees are not listed in strict round robins. The reason being is that SDRs have been "gaming" the system. If they see that one of their fave AEs is not up next in the round robin, given they have such high volume, they'll simply wait an hour or so, then check back again to see if their AE is up and then proceed to book the meeting.
This problem could be mitigated greatly by simply providing the option to make Handoff Round Robins blind to the person…
6 votesThis is fixed with our 'Prevent Cherry Picking' toggle in the Distributions! Now, the assignees are hidden. More details here.

Ability to delete a user from Chili Piper directly
I would love to be able to delete users from Chili Piper without having to delete them from user reports in Salesforce. My reasoning behind this would be that not every admin in Chili Piper is also a Salesforce admin, so it would empower CP admins to be able to remove a user when turnover happens instead of having to reach out to multiple people to accomplish this task.
2 votesYou can remove users from the Demand Conversion Platform's User table. more details here.

Default view in User table to only active users
In Chili Piper, it currently shows all CRM users in the overview and it needs additional filtering to see the actual users. Instead, it should default to only show Active users and can be filtered to show Inactive too if people need.
There are scenarios where companies have hundreds of 'Users' in the table because of the CRM sync, but only a handful actually are active Chili Piper users. It makes the table confusing, and difficult to manage.
12 votesCRM users are no longer automatically added to the user management table on Fire.

Add a 'Duplicate and Edit this Rule' option from the rule selector in Flow Builder
I no longer have a reason to leave Flow Builder when creating a router BUT it's not possible to duplicate the first rule that I created and then edit it without opening up Rules in a new tab, duplicating, making my changes, and then returning to Flow Builder. Could we have a button per the attached screenshot that would allow me to duplicate and immediately jump into editing my new rule?
2 votes'Duplicate and edit' is now available in the flow view! Screenshot attached.

Don't prompt to log in if already logged in
Every time a rep goes to the log in page, even if already logged in in another tab, they are prompted to log in again. It'd be nice for CP to read whether the user is already credentialed and then move them straight to their home page.
1 voteThis is no longer an issue on the new Fire platform

A save button instead of auto-saving
We've had several cases where someone accidentally changes a ruleset or something within a router, or worse, they change it without realizing it.
A save button would prevent this and give users more confidence when editing queues or routers. I assume this would also help give historical data regarding what was changed, when, and by whom, which would also be of great value.
1 voteIn the demand conversion platform, we now have publishing workflows that are standardized across all products.

Modifying Selecting Users
In the user table table in the admin view, when attempting to modify selected users, if there are any filters apply, the filters do not hold for modifying users.
For example, if the user table shows a total of 200 users (as pulled in from their oauth connection) but they only have 20 concierge users, I would filter to only view those 20 concierge users, and click the box to select those 20 years.
However, instead of selecting only the filtered 20 users, so I can make modifications to license type, workspaces, etc, it actually selects all 200 users.
This…

Give visibility in Queues as to where all are they being used.
Right now when I look at a Queue I do not know where all it is being used. If there is a queue that is not being used I would want to delete that to maintain a clean workspace. Visibility on a Queue level as to which all routers are currently using this queue would be a great feature to have.
6 votesAll of the assets on the Demand Conversion Platform have a used in section so you can see where they are being used. It also links to where so you can make any adjustments. Gif attached.

Create a limitation in the UI to not allow customers to have two different HubSpot fields with the same name.
Right now when a HubSpot field is created, the label associated to this field can be changed in HubSpot but the API name will be forever the same (you cannot change it in HS). If a customer creates two fields with the same name in HubSpot, in our Chili Piper form the dropdown will display both fields with the same name and it's impossible to know through the UI which one is the desired one. It can also cause a conflict in the backend when we don't actually know which one of them we should try to match with the…
1 voteHello! In the demand conversion platform when you are mapping your Data fields we now use the label in Hubspot which as you mentioned can be changed!

Add the dynamic Meeting Time to Meeting Types
Currently the {!CP.Meeting.Time} dynamic tag is not available in Meeting Types. You can manually type it in to get it to work, but when the meeting is rescheduled the text for the time doesn't change from the original time. This would be very useful for giving customers more clarity on when their meeting is scheduled for, especially for scheduling in-person meetings.
2 votesMeeting time is now available as a dynamic tag!

Allow admins to hide availability for all
Preference would be to allow admins to choose if they'd like to hide or enable "availability for all" for handoff.
It allows admins to ensure that users are scheduling for the next up, instead of overriding.
1 voteAvailability for all will only show in a flexible round-robin. If it is not to be used, use a strict round robin, and you can also prevent cherry-picking in the distribution! More details here.

Show meeting name/title in Instant Booker view
Show the meeting titles/names in Instant Booker so you don't have to look in GCal or Outreach. This would be helpful for BDR's that are trying to schedule on behalf of an AE when the calendar is full and they need to see if there is a meeting type that they can book over.
2 votesThis is available in ChiliCal Scheduler!

Ability to override where a booking was made for without changing the owner
Within CP it’s relatively easy for us to reassign a meeting to a new owner in the same queue, or to a new owner in a new queue. However, we can’t reassign a meeting to the same owner in a new queue (even if the rep is in both queues).
This means when a rep books via the wrong queue, we either have to reassign the meeting to a new owner (which isn’t the best customer experience) or manually recalibrate multiple queues. We then also need to update the event data in our CRM to ensure our reporting is accurate
5 votesYou can now Reassign the meeting to another team and Distribution even to the same rep. More details on the new Reassignment flow here.

Be able to export list of current meeting queues and see which users are assigned to each
When doing audits of which user is assigned to which queue, it would be extremely helpful and a major time-saver if I could export a sheet of all queues (ideally see which are active vs. inactive) and then have a column that shows the names of any and all users who are assigned to that queue. Currently I have to click into each queue separately and scroll down to see who is assigned...
1 voteThis is now solved in the Demand conversion platform with our teams and used in functionality. You can now create teams and use them across multiple rules. Then you can see where they are being used.

Show overview of all Meeting Types and the Queues they're connected to
This would allow us to make sure we're only maintaining the Meeting Types that are in use without having to click into each one, try to delete it, and then hit an error.
1 voteOn the Fire Platform, you can now see everywhere your meeting types are used through the Used In tab! Gif attached.
