  1. We've created standardized Meeting Types with approved customer correspondence in our Hot Workspaces, but users are still accidentally sending out their personal meeting type links instead which is creating a poor customer experience and affecting our data consistency. We can have them deactivate it themselves but it would be helpful to prevent these hiccups by having more control as an admin to disable these for everyone during user setup in the first place.

  2. Not that I don't love getting in touch with you guys, but it'd be a lot easier if we could buy licenses by clicking "Buy Licenses."

  3. It would be amazing if we could manually rearrange queues in our queue lists. We have instances where a queue may qualify for more than 1 queue and it would allow us to mitigate user error if we could make one of our queues show up earlier in the list so it defaults to one during certain instances.

  4. I'd like for AEs to be a group, SDRs to be a group, etc. So that I can manage all the different queues and their membership more easily.

  7. In Chili Piper, it currently shows all CRM users in the overview and it needs additional filtering to see the actual users. Instead, it should default to only show Active users and can be filtered to show Inactive too if people need.

There are scenarios where companies have hundreds of 'Users' in the table because of the CRM sync, but only a handful actually are active Chili Piper users. It makes the table confusing, and difficult to manage.

The option to disable Slack and/or Email notifications to the Assignee has now beed added to the 'Assign & Update Ownership' node in Distro:

We will also give you the option to 'Apply to all Nodes' or 'Apply just to this Node' when toggling either on/off:

  10. If I have 1 AE who needs to be assigned to 4 different queues I have to select queue 1, add the AE. Select queue 2, add the AE. Select queue 3, add the AE. It would be easier if I could go into the AE's profile and add queue 1, queue 2, queue 3, etc.

  11. I am working on updating one of my larger Chili Piper queues. While doing this I have to remove everyone in it and it is quite time consuming. I am wondering if there was a way to mass move everyone in the queue at once. It would be nice to have a button or slide bar at the top that says “Remove everyone?” that you could toggle and it could still give you the warning, but it would be MUCH easier that going one by one. Another idea would be to have a check box by each name that you…

  12. Need ability to distribute licenses to a large group at once rather than individually add license type (handoff, concierge) to each user and to bulk assign their proper workspaces

  13. A customer of ours would prefer that when SDRs use handoff that all assignees are not listed in strict round robins. The reason being is that SDRs have been "gaming" the system. If they see that one of their fave AEs is not up next in the round robin, given they have such high volume, they'll simply wait an hour or so, then check back again to see if their AE is up and then proceed to book the meeting.

This problem could be mitigated greatly by simply providing the option to make Handoff Round Robins blind to the person…

  14. Right now when I look at a Queue I do not know where all it is being used. If there is a queue that is not being used I would want to delete that to maintain a clean workspace. Visibility on a Queue level as to which all routers are currently using this queue would be a great feature to have.

  15. Within CP it’s relatively easy for us to reassign a meeting to a new owner in the same queue, or to a new owner in a new queue. However, we can’t reassign a meeting to the same owner in a new queue (even if the rep is in both queues).

This means when a rep books via the wrong queue, we either have to reassign the meeting to a new owner (which isn’t the best customer experience) or manually recalibrate multiple queues. We then also need to update the event data in our CRM to ensure our reporting is accurate

  17. We have a lot of queues set up, but not everyone needs access to all the queues. Most people only book a few queues and seeing ALL of them at once makes things a little more complicated than they should be. I'd like it if only the queues a rep needs to book in were visible.

  18. Would like ability to view (and possibly reassign) a users meetings that were booked through a personal built template and not a part of a workspace meeting templates. Reason being, an employee was unexpectedly out due to a tornado and had 6 meetings where they used personal templates, booked over two days and no way to get online to adjust or cancel these. Would love for admin to be able to view this info so they can use reschedule link or even just view attendees and be able to email them, etc.

  20. I've had a couple of requests recently to automate adding and removing reps from queues based on certain conditions within SFDC (e.g. remove a rep from the RR if the number of open ops in their name >10 and add them back in when it's <10). I'm currently working with them to use Zapier and our API endpoints, however it would be awesome if we could do this natively in-app.
