  1. When syncing to Hubspot, ChiliPiper only looks for the primary email address. If someone books using a secondary email (that is in Hubspot as an additional email address), ChiliPiper thinks the contact doesn't exist and tries to create a new contact. However, Hubspot won't create that contact because it does already exist.

    ChiliPiper either needs to be able to look at all possible emails or send a notification when a new contact can't be created. We have automations in place that then don't run because of this deficiency.

  2. Right now, only certain users using concierge receive error notifications. The default booker and the create by user on a router.

    It would be a huge value-add to be able to select multiple users to receive these error notifications, esepcially if say, someone were to leave the office so as not to create a silo.

  3. It is helpful to know if the prospect that booked a meeting does not receive the calendar invite email. Could this information either be made available within the dashboard or prospect reports or via an email notification to the assignee and admin?

  4. An operational email to the workspace admin(s), preferably customizable on per-admin basis since not all admins are operations admins, when a meeting has failed to sync to Salesforce after *# of tries (open to whatever number based on the retry cadence), much like when a meeting failed to be created in the user's calendar.

  5. Prospect booking limit screen to change from "Please visit your original confirmation email if you'd like to reschedule your meeting for a different time/.day" to a more relatable text on why they can't book.
