Default view in User table to only active users
In Chili Piper, it currently shows all CRM users in the overview and it needs additional filtering to see the actual users. Instead, it should default to only show Active users and can be filtered to show Inactive too if people need.
There are scenarios where companies have hundreds of 'Users' in the table because of the CRM sync, but only a handful actually are active Chili Piper users. It makes the table confusing, and difficult to manage.

Bring back the licensed (de)activated by & date fields!
Once upon a time, admins could see when a license was activated or deactivated and by who. As a group's number of super admins increases with more users, having this audit trail is helpful for the head admin when troubleshooting, maintaining, etc.

license allocation by team
Toast purchases large quantities of licenses frequently (Currently upwards of 1,200) acquiring and new seats and onboarding at a monthly basis, but each team that uses Chili Piper has a different budget and are purchasing quantities for themselves separately. When new seats are loaded in the app, there's no way to see "sales has 10 licenses, account mangaement has 20, Customer Success has 30" and they find it difficult to manage and track how many each team can utilize. Would be beneficial in enterprise space to allocate for each team and watch and track the totals

Bulk remove users from teams
I am working on updating one of my larger Chili Piper queues. While doing this I have to remove everyone in it and it is quite time consuming. I am wondering if there was a way to mass move everyone in the queue at once. It would be nice to have a button or slide bar at the top that says “Remove everyone?” that you could toggle and it could still give you the warning, but it would be MUCH easier that going one by one. Another idea would be to have a check box by each name that you…

Ability to remove reps from queues when certain conditions are met
I've had a couple of requests recently to automate adding and removing reps from queues based on certain conditions within SFDC (e.g. remove a rep from the RR if the number of open ops in their name >10 and add them back in when it's <10). I'm currently working with them to use Zapier and our API endpoints, however it would be awesome if we could do this natively in-app.
