Blind Round Robin for Handoff
A customer of ours would prefer that when SDRs use handoff that all assignees are not listed in strict round robins. The reason being is that SDRs have been "gaming" the system. If they see that one of their fave AEs is not up next in the round robin, given they have such high volume, they'll simply wait an hour or so, then check back again to see if their AE is up and then proceed to book the meeting.
This problem could be mitigated greatly by simply providing the option to make Handoff Round Robins blind to the person doing the booking
