Better way to manage Reminders
There are product enhancements that can help prevent issues in the future. May I recommend adding one or all of the following to Fire:
1. Adding a menu item under Assets to configure Reminder Email Templates and view Meeting Types related to the Template (similar to Legacy)
- When a reminder email template is being edited from the Meeting Type screen, adding a notice when Saving the change with a list of all Meeting Types that will also be updated
