Allow the ChiliCal extension button to show up on secondary email fields on Leads/Contacts in Salesforce
Currently the ChiliCal button will only show on the standard primary email field on a Lead or Contact in Salesforce. However, sometimes a customer will have multiple email addresses that are stored in secondary email fields. It would be useful for the extension to automatically show up on those fields, or to allow Chili Piper admins to customize which fields the extension shows up on.

A customer uses a SF object with an email field and the calendar icon doesn't populate because we can only see Lead or Contact pages.

It would be useful for customers to be able to book meetings from the Contact Role list in Opportunities. It would save them a click from having to open up the Contact record to then book a meeting.
