An error occurred while saving the comment It would be incredibly useful for some admins to be able to control more aspects of their reps' Chili Piper settings, such as globally changing the default meeting type for all users at once. One customer (Backblaze) is looking into Calendly and other solutions because they are frustrated that they cannot change settings for their reps in mass quantities.

An error occurred while saving the comment Several of my customer have validation criteria in Salesforce to create leads/contact, such as including company information. When adding a lead/contact via the Instant Booker tool reps can skip this validation because it just asks for name and email. It would be useful for customers to be able to customize the fields that need to be filled out before adding a record via Instant Booker.

An error occurred while saving the comment It would be useful for customers to be able to book meetings from the Contact Role list in Opportunities. It would save them a click from having to open up the Contact record to then book a meeting.
Calendly has a feature where you can suggest times to customers in link for, but the link will only show those suggested times and not any other availability. In Chili Piper currently, you can suggest specific times via email and remove the "View Full Calendar" link by hand, but if they select a time that is no longer available they will be able to see the rep's full calendar and select a new time.
