Currently the Intercom CP app works in Messenger, so we can manually trigger the app in the chat box. The app won't work as an operator bot app, however, despite showing the app available as a follow up action. For the CP app in custom bot, we should be able to choose a queue, rather than specifying a user in the queue to book a meeting with.10 votes
Currently the CP > Intercom integration can only be used to send suggested times in Intercom chats. If added to the homepage, those sent times will still show in the Intercom app, even after the suggested time has passed and are in the past.
It would be ideal if the times shown in the Intercom app were not in the past and could be shown as upcoming availability, similar to the Zoom Webinars app is set up, they allow you to pull 3 upcoming webinars.
