Don't require Hubspot admin licenses for end users to use Chili Piper
Better Hubspot extension - not having to set the user as super admins in Hubspot in order to synch their accounts.

Set Hubspot meeting to be created by the sync users who booked the meeting
Currently, there is only the option to set who the meeting activity in Hubspot is assigned to and Chilipiper passes no value for who created the engagement.
For ease of reporting, it is essential to capture both when working with an SDR <> AE handoff.
For example;
If Frank, an SDR, books a meeting for Don, an AE, the Hubspot meeting should have the following information;
Activity Created by Frank
Activity Assigned to DonCurrently Don is being assigned but Frank is not showing in Activity Created By because of Chilipiper limitations in writing that information over.
The proposed workarounds…

Update HubSpot meeting record outcome to Completed
Would be helpful to have the meeting record in HubSpot marked with a Meeting Outcome of Completed via the integration. Would also need to be sure that any meeting marked as Completed could also be updated to a No-Show when the prospect is marked as not attending in Chili Piper.

Ability to use Hot Handoff from Hubspot using an icon similar to the Salesforce integration.
Ability to use Hot Handoff from Hubspot using an icon similar to the Salesforce integration. Currently, Hubspot users can only use hot handoff from an existing invitation email within gmail.

Add proposed meeting times into Hubspot email
In addition to being able to book a meeting from Hubspot contact record, it would be big time saver to be able to insert proposed meetings times into an email we are sending to a contact from within Hubspot.

CP "Meeting Type" should have a property "Meeting Type" that will be pushed to HubSpot
Now, to push the meeting type from CP to HubSpot, it will be required to name it the same way it reflects in HubSpot. It is not efficient to rely on the name of the meeting type to push it to HubSpot. It will be more convenient and efficient to have a dedicated property, let's say, "HubSpot Meeting Type" associated with a meeting type in CP

Log Reminder Email Interactions in HubSpot CRM as timeline events
I would like to see in Hubspot when a prospect clicked on the reminder email and if they replied to the email I'd like that email to come into HubSpot CRM as well so I can reply back.

Hubspot associations with all contacts in the meeting
HubSpot only has the Assignee and the Main Guest associated. Additional guests are not added as designed.
It would be beneficial for my business to show all people who will or have attended meetings, including our own team members, to properly prioritize and analyze show rates and attribute deals

Write the latest value to "Booking_Status_CP__c" when booked by inbound router
Write the latest value to "BookingStatusCP__c" if the form is submitted more than once during the same session. Here is an example. One of our prospects submitted a form at 10:45 and did not book a meeting. At 10.46, the form was submitted again by the same prospect, and this time meeting was booked. Chili Piper wrote to HubSpot "Booked" at 10:46 but it was updated to "Not Booked" at 10:50, which is the wrong status.

Always pass router name to Hubspot
Right now the router name is only passed to Hubspot if the contact books. Why does it not pass to Hubspot if they don't book or are disqualified? This is still important information for our reporting

Associate a meeting with multiple entities
Hey there! I was just thinking that it would be really helpful if we could associate a meeting with multiple entities instead of just one. Right now, we can only choose between Ticket, Company, or Deal. But if we could select more than one option, it would definitely make things more efficient.

Populate Meeting Start Day/Time to HubSpot
What I'm trying to do is actually a workaround since I'm not able to send notifications to a gmail alias in Chili Piper. Since I need to send the notification in HubSpot, I need to be able to pull meeting start date/time from a property that's populated by Chili Piper.

Configure a short delay after qualification and before scheduler is presented
We have meetings that are created with no name and the cc email without a link to the Prospect in HubSpot. Chili Piper's suggestion was to let Chili Piper create the contact, but we are unable to do so since we use the HubSpot tracking pixel and contacts are created upon FormSubmit (we cannot change this for a variety of reasons). This only seems to be an issue if the prospect books immediately when presented with the scheduler. If we could configure a delay of just a few seconds, I think this issue could be solved.

Automatically set Chilical scheduler's Time Zone Based on Main Guest's HubSpot Contact Time Zone
I'd like IB to pick up on the time zone my Main Guest's contact record is set to (If known) so I don't have to remember to select the correct time zone.
Much of the time a prospect has already booked a meeting in the past and the time zone property (native to HS) is set by their cookie.
Using their time zone in IB would be amazing and a big time saver.

Reminder Option for Webhook or Hubspot Workflow
I would love to be able to use CP to fire off a webhook that I can catch with Zapier to engage a workflow in HS OR engage a workflow directly in HubSpot for a contact.
Essentially, instead of the reminder firing off an email through CP It would trigger the webhook or a HS workflow that does whatever I tell it to at the time of the reminder firing.
For me I would send a marketing email and SMS message. This would be triggered once per associated contact.
This would allow users to bypass the silly reminders@chilipiper.com email and…
