  1. Send Slack message to a channel from Concierge

    Concierge only allows me to send a Slack DM. To send a message to a channel, I have had to create 6 distro routers, who's only task to is send a Slack message.

  2. Booker Slack Notifications

    The Chili Bot Slack app should also notify the Booker when a meeting is scheduled, rescheduled or canceled. This is critical for both the Booker & Host to be on the same page about meetings scheduled with Chili Piper so our customers have a seamless experience with our company.

    Integrate with other SMS providers, not just Twilio. Take a look at ClickSend instead :)

  4. slack notification for text replies

    It would be great to get a slack notification with a prospect replies via SMS instead of just an email. Many of my reps have slack pulled up with notifications on whereas emails are a bit slower to get to.

  5. Have a way to block notification in case old meetings are cancelled

    When old meetings are updated, or calendar events are deleted, it triggers an update, which sends a notification to the Reps and agents, but since it relates to old meetings, it is just noise.

    If a meeting from a year ago has its calendar event deleted, it will trigger a cancellation and send a notification, and cancel the meeting after 1 year.
