Improvements to "Default Booker" of a Meeting Queue
Long-winded lead-in:I am an admin user and my company primarily uses Chilipiper for Concierge purposes. As a best practice, we want to use the credentials of a system/not-actual-people users as the primary means of integrating SaaS services together (e.g. Salesforce <> ChilIPiper). This future-proofs our tools for when people leave the company or go on vacation etc.We have done that for Salesforce, but I also wanted to specify that the Default Booker in our meeting queue as that same system user. Allow Admins to see which users are in which queues from queue list
Its frustrating and difficult to have to click into each queue to see who is in it. You can see queue membership on the USER level by hovering over those users. Why not see membership from the queue level?

Don't use commas to separate queue keywords
Use a visual or other indication of a separate queue keyword so that commas in picklists can be used for routing.

Show reassignment total in queue history reporting
Being able to see either who was reassigned a meeting +1 or was removed a meeting due to reassignment -1 would be helpful for reporting purposes in Chili Piper.

Create 'Quickview' on hover for queue assignees
When looking to see which reps (or otherwise) are assigned to a particular queue, it would be great to have a 'quickview' pop-up feature when hovering over the "Assignees" icon, that quickly identifies who is assigned to a said queue, similar to the pop-out view in Reports > DistributionBenefit: Would save an extra step in having to click 'Edit' in order to view the queue assignees and would be fairly simple to create via a .mouseover or .hover function in jquery.
