  1. Allow the internal email being sent to the new lead owner. This will allow for the email to include various fields the internal teams want to know without having to click into the record and dig around.

    Example:
    Subject:
    New {!routed lead.leadsource} lead! {!routed lead.company}
    Message:
    Lead Link: https://seesaw.my.salesforce.com/{!routed lead.leadidcaseinsensitive_c}

    of Students (Opportunity): {!routed lead.opportunityofstudents__c}

  2. Want ability to pause a rep in queues rather than individually remove from each queue. the main issue is with such a large sales org, there are a lot of instances where reps either forget to mark their calendars as OOO or unexpectedly have to go on leave, and the only solution for us is to completely take them out of each of the RR.

  3. When working with 50+ queues due to large territories or broad teams/larger organizations, updating queues becomes a tedious and time-consuming task. It would be great if you could group queues together, and change a queue setting or add/remove a particular rule from the entire group at a time. Alternatively, you could select from a list of queues which to update, and trigger a mass update without a specific group defined.

  4. Our reps would love to know when they are 'next' in the rota, and assume the rota is 'unfair' because the round robin calculation happens behind closed doors from their perspective.I'm sending them screenshots but would rather give them a window into the relevant queues.

  5. I'd like to create a meeting queue, say, "Home Tour". This queue routes to different salespeople based on the user's location which we pass to Chili Piper. I'd like to be able to assign different team members to each location all within the queue.Something like the screenshot attached. This would be much cleaner for us than having to create 10+ queues for each market we are in and then add rules within each queue. As we expand, it's going to become a nightmare to look at and understand.

  6. There is no way to identify if a SF record is owned by a queue. None of the drop down options allow for recognizing a record owned by a queue in SF when building out queue rules.

  7. Currently we share a queue between 2 teams. We do not have geographic regions. All leads are directed to the same queue. We would like to distribute leads on an individual basis while keeping the leads between the two teams even. Best case would be a counter to distribute leads from the website between the two queues.
