  2. Our Chili Piper admin left the company so I had to reconnect the HubSpot integration under my name instead. I also updated all of the booker settings so that meetings would be booked by me going forward. But, that doesn't change all of the existing meetings that were already booked. When that person left the company, we had over 30 meetings that could not be rescheduled using the reschedule link because the booker no longer existed (their calendar was disconnected). There's no way to transfer those meetings over to another booker so we have to manually reschedule meetings. Sales has…

  3. New feature in Outlook archives calendar events older than a year. This does not delete the calendar events but moves it to a different calendar called Archives. With our ChiliPiper integration, this auto marks the events in Salesforce to be Cancelled and Not Held which is untrue and messes with our historical data.

  4. Currently Chilipiper supports sending unique reminders to attendees if they do not RSVP for their scheduled meeting, but it does not include branching logic that ensures the attendees will only recieve one type of reminder. As a result, if an attendee does not RSVP for their meeting, they can receive the general reminder messages AND reminder messages unique to those that don't RSVP. There would be benefit to providing branching logic to allow users to control that.

  5. When a CP event is being sent, this is automatically accepted in the reps calendar and the prospects.

If the prospects later on rejects the meeting, there is no way to recognize this one as a canceled event unless the rep deletes the meeting from the calendar

For data consistency, it would be nice to be able to recognize these meetings (prospect reject = True)

  6. Meeting types have the users weighted where you can have multiple queues which will allow for all departments to use the queue. This way your demo won't be assigned to an SDR and your qualification call won't be assigned to an AE

  7. Currently when a meeting is scheduled there is only a confirmation sent via email to the customer. It would be very useful to also be able to send an SMS confirmation with the time of the meeting right after booking, especially for clients booking in-person meetings.

  8. Currently when prospects reschedule a meeting, the meeting is not accepted automatically unlike when they first book. This causes friction and confusion for the prospect and they often miss meetings or wonder when a meeting will be.

  9. Provide suggestive booking times that prioritize "clustering" calls so that reps don't have big gaps in their call schedule.

    Example:

    • Charles likes to take 15-minute calls back to back. No buffer.
    • Tony books the first 15-minute call at 9:30am.
    • Bruce goes to book a call and instead of getting to pick from any 15-minute slot in the entire day, is first recommended to book a call at 9:45am or 10:00am. If neither of those times work, there is a “show more times” button to give Bruce all the options.

  10. Want ability for booker to be set as auto-optional rather than auto-decline. Use case is SDR's sending out campaigns in outreach using queue links and themselves as booker, when client books it looks rude for SDR to autodecline immediately when they've been having the communication with the prospect

  11. Allow the BDR/XDR who is scheduling the meeting, to also edit the details of the meeting (change the time, add/remove guests etc.) without being invited. Foreseeably from their dashboard.

  12. When a meeting is reassigned, we currently don't move the reassign meeting data to the contact/lead (meeting type, utm parameters). We should move this data to the contact/lead as it's now the current event data.

  13. We've been running into an issue where certain prospects are submitting their email address with a "+" at the end (i.e. johndoe@gmail.com+), causing errors with Salesforce event creation (as SFDC does not allow incorrect email addresses and automatically corrects them). It would be great if we could utilize ChiliPiper to "correct" these submissions after the fact, so that ChiliPiper does not error out when trying to create the event.

  15. Several of my customer have validation criteria in Salesforce to create leads/contact, such as including company information. When adding a lead/contact via the Instant Booker tool reps can skip this validation because it just asks for name and email. It would be useful for customers to be able to customize the fields that need to be filled out before adding a record via Instant Booker.

  16. Add dynamic variables to event name (ie booking person's company + my company as the event name) + allow dynamic variables in subject lines.

This will make it more consistent and allow for better calendar invite names(to fit standard call name format) and the reminder emails will reflect the calendar invite names
