  3. Add a setting to the Instant Booker to prevent the call from being booked before a specific date. This would allow more important calls to be booked first and less important calls that you designate to be scheduled after a specific date.

  4. We recently merged 3 companies under 1 domain. We would like the ability for our reps to be able to choose which email domain their invite comes from when inviting a prospect to a meeting.

  5. Currently, the "Reminder" feature can only be triggered based on an amount of time before a meeting. What if a customized email could be triggered based on a meeting being booked?

    Use case: A prospect sends an SDR an email with interest to meet but the prospect doesn't provide availability. The SDR finds a time using Chili and books the meeting, which sends a calendar invite with a subject line of Placeholder. Then an email is automatically triggered upon booking that dynamically pulls in the AE's information and the prospect's info, along with messaging introducing the AE and confirming if…

  6. Have an email validator tool built into concierge so if someone uses a invalid/spam email they do not have the option to book a meeting.

    I use a couple right now that are super valuable:

    millionverifier.com

    They give 3 results:
    1. Valid
    2. Uncertain (if they have email security etc.)
    3. Invalid

    The “invalid” are always invalid, so it would be very valuable to have the option “If Invalid do not show calendar”.

    Seems like we could just build our own and not have to use a 3rd party.

  8. Other calendar tools have the ability to put buffer time around meetings so they can't be booked right next to each other, but without creating an event in the calendar. My reps have reminders for meetings, but they're getting reminders for buffers which isn't needed.

  9. I'd like to mark calendar blocks in outlook as tentative for heads down work (a MS viva best practice... and generally a good action). This way internal colleagues know I'm working and can try to accommodate

    BUT... I'd like external clients (who I prioritize) to be able to book over my tentative blooks (obviously still not booking over 'booked' blocks) through chillipiper

    I wish Chilipiper could show tentative as available.... and in a perfect world, show them as a secondary choice after the primary options.

  10. Currently, it's not possible to book meetings for someone that has a day off the next day (or more days) due to the Booking Span if the queue is Round Robin with the make it strict option enabled, would be good if we had an option to not block the calendar of the rep for when the person is back.

    Example - I'm off tomorrow and IB shows me as OFF, and with the make it strict, it will not consider me as next in queue, so bookers are not able to assign meetings to me for next week.

  13. Most importantly the ability to see everyone's availability/working hours in one view instead of clicking into each person one-by-one. Maybe a drop-down instead of clicking into each user and having to leave the page. Ultimately, a shared calendar view for admins to view everyone workings hours, etc.

  14. When a prospect self-schedules a meeting (for example, they book a time for a demo via the website), only the meeting guest and assignee are notified with a meeting confirmation. We need to be able to give others on our team this same level of "instant" visibility that someone booked a meeting.

    We don't need this for every meeting type, but we do need to be able to cc or notify others internally that a demo was booked with X salesperson. Receiving an instant notification via email (just like the meeting confirmation email for the meeting guest and assignee) would…

  16. It would be useful for customers like Convoso to prevent their bookers (SDR's) from changing the meeting type when handing off into a queue using Instant Booker. They still want their SDR's to be able to edit the description (already an existing setting), but they have automations that trigger off of the CPMeetingType field in Salesforce and these get messed up if an SDR changes the meeting type. This new feature could be added to the Extension tab for example.

  17. They have restricted access to certain contacts based on territories and others things to reps. They only want reps to see the contacts that they have access to in SF when suggested emails start coming up.

  18. Currently, there is no analytics on the meeting reminders being sent and how the prospect is interacting with them. It is helpful to be able to audit if they are delivered, opened (or going to spam) etc. We often get feedback from prospects that they never received the reminder, there is no way for us to discern if this is an actual issue with the invite or if it is a issue on their end.

    It would be extremely helpful to be able to see the activity on the reminders and the message that went out / what time.

  19. If there is a third party booking a meeting and the wrong time zone is selected, you need to cancel the meeting and rebook. There should be a feature where if the incorrect time zone is selected, you are able to edit instead of rebooking. If the original host is not available, it moves to someone else or doesn't allow you to rebook.

  20. Would like the ability to set reminders based on meeting not accepted within X time period since booking the meeting rather than days before the meeting. For example, if we send a meeting request to a recipient 15 days before the meeting we want the ability to remind them on day 14 that we haven't received their acceptance of the meeting. Right now we need to set a time before the meeting if not accepted which could lead to significant delay.

    Also the ability to mark the person as accepted if they don't have a mail client that sends calendar…
