Allow users to book over internal meetings with Instant Booker
I'd like to submit product feedback for a setting in which a user can choose to select any time on their calendar (regardless of "Free" / "Busy"). Going into the calendar for every meeting and marking as "Free" is a bit manual/clunky, especially if we are suggesting multiple time options. The use case for me is I'm an Account Executive and I'm willing to push internal meetings for prospect / customer calls if they choose a time where I have an internal meeting already. Don't Schedule Before A Specific Date
Add a setting to the Instant Booker to prevent the call from being booked before a specific date. This would allow more important calls to be booked first and less important calls that you designate to be scheduled after a specific date.

Trigger an Email When Meeting Booked
Currently, the "Reminder" feature can only be triggered based on an amount of time before a meeting. What if a customized email could be triggered based on a meeting being booked?
Use case: A prospect sends an SDR an email with interest to meet but the prospect doesn't provide availability. Update queue order in Instant Booker
It would be great for the queue order to update based on who is up next for a meeting. The idea would be that the person up next is at the top of the queue in instant booker then the order changes based on the current level and goes top-down. This is helpful when there are a lot of users in the queue and the booker often needs to skip people based on availability. The person at the top may be selected more often. Combined Availability for Suggested Times
The ability for SDRs to send suggested times for all AEs in a specific queue.
Essentially the same thing we have for inbound concierge but for outbound suggested times.

Email Validator
Have an email validator tool built into concierge so if someone uses a invalid/spam email they do not have the option to book a meeting.
I use a couple right now that are super valuable:

Meeting buffers without a calendar event created
Other calendar tools have the ability to put buffer time around meetings so they can't be booked right next to each other, but without creating an event in the calendar. My reps have reminders for meetings, but they're getting reminders for buffers which isn't needed.

Allow users to book meetings for reps that are set as OFF on Instant Booker
Currently, it's not possible to book meetings for someone that has a day off the next day (or more days) due to the Booking Span if the queue is Round Robin with the make it strict option enabled, would be good if we had an option to not block the calendar of the rep for when the person is back.
Example - I'm off tomorrow and IB shows me as OFF, and with the make it strict, it will not consider me as next in queue, so bookers are not able to assign meetings to me for next week.

Show queue meeting levels in Instant Booker
Currently, when booking via a queue in Instant Booker, a star indicates the rep who is 'next up,' but there's no way to know who has the next least meetings, or the 3rd least meetings. Clicking availability for all will allow an SDR to find a time that works for the prospect, but it would be helpful to know the meeting level of all reps in Instant Booker so that if the starred rep isn't available, we can check the calendar for the next starred rep specifically, instead of all reps in the queue. Internal Notifications For Meetings Booked
When a prospect self-schedules a meeting (for example, they book a time for a demo via the website), only the meeting guest and assignee are notified with a meeting confirmation. We need to be able to give others on our team this same level of "instant" visibility that someone booked a meeting.

Rich text editing in Meeting Invites
We should have the ability to format with bullets/numbering, bolded text, etc in Chili Piper invites the same way we do in Google Calendar. This is especially helpful for setting call expectations such as templated meeting agenda items.

Timezone default for instant booker
For reps that only work in 1 timezone, needing to manually change it each time to suggest / insert available meeting times is pretty cumbersome.

Lock down how far out we can schedule
When someone is using the chilipiper extension or instant booker, be able to lock down how far out the reps can schedule a meeting. If we change the meeting type to schedule only within the next 3 days, only allow them to schedule within that timeframe not out further.

Listed organizer on confirmed meetings
When using the Reassign function(SDR holds handoff, AE holds IB) - remove SDR as organizer of calendar event & make AE organizer of both calendar event and zoom link so that the SDR does not appear on the confirmed meeting.
