A way to see in SF the fields related to Concierge Live calls.
For Concierge Live Phone Calls, a way to see in SalesForce/CRM the fields related to the call. Such as which rep was called, which did not pick up etc, the wait time, the actual length of the call etc

salesape.ai just reported they wanted to see this within the Booking_Status_CP property in HubSpot for their internal reporting. If it makes sense, it could be a great addition to have more outcomes available for our Booking_Status_CP field, specifically those associated with Concierge Live, such as “Live call connected” or similar options.
